Charli — Attraction in College Station

The sales ladies made me and my daughters, who accompanied me, feel uncomfortable. My husband is taking me to Hawaii for my birthday and my daughters were taking me on a shopping spree. I really wanted to purchase a beautiful powdered blue dress but I felt as if we were racially profiled. We were followed and watched as if we were about to do some criminal activity. One of my daughters is majoring in education and my other daughter is a Captain/Instructor for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. My youngest daughter is a sophomore in high school. As for myself, I retired from the Criminal Justice System and my husband and I are traveling around the world. This was my first time shopping in your establishment but not my daughters. They've been boasting about your shop for a while so I decided to see what they were boasting about. Well, I was very disappointed; not with the items, but with the customer service. LOVE Charli!!! The store has such an amazing selection of designer brands that normally you could only find at a Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom in bigger cities. Charli also has a more reasonably priced section upstairs now that is great if you're on a budget & often has really good sales too. The staff are always so nice & helpful & the owner Charli is amazing! There's a reason she's run a successful business for so many years in this town. I would give more stars...
