I recently had the misfortune of encountering a cashier named Carla at a local store, and the experience was absolutely terrible. Carla's level of incompetence and rudeness left me astounded and deeply disappointed. I would strongly advise avoiding any interaction with her.
From the moment I stepped up to the counter, Carla displayed an appalling lack of professionalism. Her greeting was half-hearted, and she seemed completely disinterested in providing any form of customer service. It was as if she was doing me a favor by simply acknowledging my presence.
Moreover, Carla's demeanor throughout the entire transaction was unacceptable. She maintained a sour expression, barely making eye contact, and never once attempted to create a positive customer experience. Her lack of friendliness and common courtesy made me feel unwelcome and unimportant as a customer.
I understand that everyone has bad days, but Carla's behavior went beyond that. Her incompetence, lack of professionalism, and rudeness created an overall unpleasant shopping experience. It is deeply concerning that someone with such poor customer service skills is entrusted with a role that requires constant interaction with customers.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against dealing with Carla as a cashier. Her negative attitude, lack of basic skills, and overall disinterest in customer service make her unfit for the role. It is my hope that the store management takes appropriate action to address these issues and ensures that other customers are not subjected to such a disappointing experience...
Read moreOnly went here to try the " cutting station" which is the meat section. Firstly the tables weren't wiped down. Next the buffet stations were an absolute mess, at 430 pm prior to a dinner rush, the unstocked salad bar had no lettuce only spinach and 3 bowls (Three) of cauliflower and dressings and toppings were all kinds of unorganized.Get your spinach..walk to the other end and get green peppers( cut in half not diced) no eggs, no tomatoes, slices of ham ( SLICES) shaved and sunflower seeds ,dry broccoli. Then find a dressing w/o crab and chicken bits. Choices of dinner...pizza, tacos, broiled chicken and, the ONLY good thing found at this establishment...popcorn shrimp & catfish nuggets..both fried of course...sigh finally get to the meat section and the 13 yr old behind the grill was cooking up some delicious pieces of gristle & fat..with no seasonings. desert LoL...all 5 ice cream machines down..cake stands empty and some sort of brown pudding spread everywhere..ask the man if he had any more cake he mumble something stomped off and disappeared. server's " hung out" around tables and exit with dirty dishes piled high on 2 tables across from us. 1 server was actually working and brought a straw bristle broom to the carpeted floor and started sweeping which in turn threw floor particles up at our table which caused us to leave after fighting through the server crowd blocking the exit pathway..NEVER will I go back...
Read moreSince I lost my mother in August of 2019, there has only been my son and myself as far as family goes. We have no more family just each other. Thanksgiving, I bought the turkey and cooked the traditional dinner. I also gave away over half of everything. I spent over $100.00 on ingredients for that dinner. Our trip to Golden Corral last Saturday we decided was going to be our Christmas dinner. My son didnt want me to have to cook BIG like I did for Thanksgiving. Golden Corral was having their Holiday Feast on the weekends with turkey, ham, prime rib, chicken, dressing/stuffing, sweet potato casserole topped with marshmallows, broccoli/rice casserole, green bean casserole, mexican pinto beans, rice dressing, macaroni and cheese, etc... For my son and me to eat cost $34.00. No way I could have bought all that food, and then prepare it all for that amount of money. All you could want in a Christmas dinner, plus delicious desserts, then all the other regular entrees they have on a regular basis, brussel sprouts, lima beans, corn, greens, meatloaf, fried chicken, tacos, baked potatoes, broccoli, beef stew, and chicken and dumplings. Also, you can get some of the best salads made ever. I love the seafood salad, potato salad and macaroni salad. This was the first of my holiday dinners I be participating in from now on. Golden Corral will be my "go to" family dinner for my son and myself. Definately, a KEEPER...
