For something different since all our kids live in different states, I decided to bring my husband here for Father's Day yesterday and WOW!!! From check-in to the end we had the most relaxing, mind clearing, fun, date day ever!! We started with the Salt Cave and yes we both fell asleep, me in the salt and hubby in the chair! Moving on to the infrared room where we warmed up and getting that goodness into our bodies! Then to finish it off we sat in the 166 degree Sauna until, in the same room, we plunged ourselves into the 48 degree water!!! Whew it was cold and i got up to my neck twice and the hubby to his knees and dunked his head. We felt amazing and ready for the day!!! So in short BOOK YOUR APPPOINTMENT because everyone needs this therapy in their life!!!

Salt caves are invaluable when your respiratory is at it's worst. I searched google today hoping for something like this as I haven't used one since I moved here. It was a beautiful center, the cave itself was so calming and relieving for my lungs. The wonderful receptionist was welcoming, a calm atmosphere from the moment you entered, she even offers a blanket before your session. I needed this relief so much and I almost fell asleep with how relaxed I was. I already feel so much better, thank you so much for your salt cave. We will visit again for sure.

A beautiful and healing atmosphere awaits at this salt cave, reminiscent of my childhood in Transylvania where salt mines are a common treatment for respiratory ailments (usually prescribed by doctors)! Natural salt mines are enormous of course ( with churches, playgrounds & restaurants made of salt)! People with respiratory illnesses spend days on end breathing in the salt vapor. I was thrilled to discover this salt cave offering a similar experience close to home and look forward to returning soon.

This is one of the most beautiful spaces you will encounter! Colorado Springs has been in need of something like this for a long time and I’m so thrilled to say it’s finally here! The owner is amazing and has such a heart for healing and wellness of the body, mind and soul…for every age! The minute you walk into this space you know something is different. The ambiance of the salt cave is so relaxing and refreshing. It’s spacious and inviting, and there are different services they offer for everyone, from sound baths, to guided meditations, to family time with the kids! My kids (ages 4,7 and 9) enjoyed the family sessions we’ve done. The red light therapy and halo therapy are a must! I was unsure of the healing properties of halo therapy, but I love natural remedies, especially for my kids, and we have noticed a substantial difference when we are feeling sick or congested. Massage is done by neuromuscular therapists so they know what they are doing. And having a private sauna and cold plunge is amazing!! The employees take care to walk you through anything you might need (like breathing when you’re in the cold plunge!) and explaining the benefits or any other information you may need. I’ve been telling everyone I know about it because of the health benefits and it’s such a beautiful space for self care. 5 stars! Check them out when you...

Let’s be honest—I usually consider writing Google reviews a chore. A digital “ugh.” But every now and then, you experience something so restorative, so intentionally crafted, that not saying something would feel like missing the point. The Colorado Salt Cave is that kind of place.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted not just by a peaceful atmosphere, but by people who truly care. Owner Ro Janecek and Wellness Manager Alexandra Benson aren’t just running a business—they’re building a sanctuary. One where healing is more than a buzzword; it’s a lifestyle.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all wellness center. It’s a tailored experience for your body, mind, and spirit. The Himalayan Salt Room alone feels like a deep breath for your soul. Add in red light therapy, contrast therapy (hello, cold plunge and sauna!), sound healing, guided breathwork, Thai yoga, Reiki, craniosacral therapy, deep tissue work—and you’ve got a toolkit for total renewal.

What I love most? This place isn’t just reactive—it’s proactive. It’s about maintaining balance, restoring what’s been depleted, and stepping forward into health with clarity and intention.

If you’re in Colorado Springs and you’re tired of feeling off, run—don’t walk—to the Salt Cave. This is 5-star healing for real life.

I went with my sister to do a salt cave session and let me tell you that was a great experience. I was telling my sister that it brought me back home. I felt I was back in my island. I spent the day feeling so good after the session.

Then, I scheduled an Abhyanga massage( I've never had this type of massage before). I've been all.around the world including Thailand (known for their massages) and this was a world class massage. I'm a chatter box even while getting a massage but this time I was floating. I reached a state of relaxation that I didn't want to talk to not break the "spell". 😂

My sister and I felt so genuinely welcomed from the staff and the owner, they were very accommodating. I'm definitely coming back and try their other treatments. If you haven't been in Salt Cave, you are truly missing out. I wish them all...
