This is one of the most beautiful spaces you will encounter! Colorado Springs has been in need of something like this for a long time and Iâm so thrilled to say itâs finally here! The owner is amazing and has such a heart for healing and wellness of the body, mind and soulâŚfor every age! The minute you walk into this space you know something is different. The ambiance of the salt cave is so relaxing and refreshing. Itâs spacious and inviting, and there are different services they offer for everyone, from sound baths, to guided meditations, to family time with the kids! My kids (ages 4,7 and 9) enjoyed the family sessions weâve done. The red light therapy and halo therapy are a must! I was unsure of the healing properties of halo therapy, but I love natural remedies, especially for my kids, and we have noticed a substantial difference when we are feeling sick or congested. Massage is done by neuromuscular therapists so they know what they are doing. And having a private sauna and cold plunge is amazing!! The employees take care to walk you through anything you might need (like breathing when youâre in the cold plunge!) and explaining the benefits or any other information you may need. Iâve been telling everyone I know about it because of the health benefits and itâs such a beautiful space for self care. 5 stars! Check them out when you...
Read moreLetâs be honestâI usually consider writing Google reviews a chore. A digital âugh.â But every now and then, you experience something so restorative, so intentionally crafted, that not saying something would feel like missing the point. The Colorado Salt Cave is that kind of place.
From the moment you walk in, youâre greeted not just by a peaceful atmosphere, but by people who truly care. Owner Ro Janecek and Wellness Manager Alexandra Benson arenât just running a businessâtheyâre building a sanctuary. One where healing is more than a buzzword; itâs a lifestyle.
This isnât a one-size-fits-all wellness center. Itâs a tailored experience for your body, mind, and spirit. The Himalayan Salt Room alone feels like a deep breath for your soul. Add in red light therapy, contrast therapy (hello, cold plunge and sauna!), sound healing, guided breathwork, Thai yoga, Reiki, craniosacral therapy, deep tissue workâand youâve got a toolkit for total renewal.
What I love most? This place isnât just reactiveâitâs proactive. Itâs about maintaining balance, restoring whatâs been depleted, and stepping forward into health with clarity and intention.
If youâre in Colorado Springs and youâre tired of feeling off, runâdonât walkâto the Salt Cave. This is 5-star healing for real life.

Read moreI went with my sister to do a salt cave session and let me tell you that was a great experience. I was telling my sister that it brought me back home. I felt I was back in my island. I spent the day feeling so good after the session.
Then, I scheduled an Abhyanga massage( I've never had this type of massage before). I've been all.around the world including Thailand (known for their massages) and this was a world class massage. I'm a chatter box even while getting a massage but this time I was floating. I reached a state of relaxation that I didn't want to talk to not break the "spell". đ
My sister and I felt so genuinely welcomed from the staff and the owner, they were very accommodating. I'm definitely coming back and try their other treatments. If you haven't been in Salt Cave, you are truly missing out. I wish them all...
