This place is trash. The chick at the window was so distracted she handed me my drinks and tried to say have a nice night, mind you I don't have my food yet. Then I get home, get ready to enjoy my crunch wrap supreme. Go figure all of the meat and suace is on one side and lettuce and tomato on the other. OK whatever I kind of expected that, for some reason these employees who think they deserve more pay can almost never get the proportions right on anything. So I had also ordered a nachos bell grande because it's pretty hard to screw that up. Well they did a fine job and I ate almost all of it before I realize there is a peice of a latex glove in my nachos. Thankfully I was able to get full before losing my appetite. Done with this taco bell.

I'm confused. I ordered online. I got a message that said to go to the drive through and announce my arrival. I did that. Then they began making the food. What was the point of that? How is that different or a time saver than just pulling up and ordering? It seemed to take even longer for them to get the food ready. Then I asked the young man for mild sauce. Apparently, that angered him because he grabbed as much as he could between his hands and thrust it at me. There was sauce packets everywhere, on the ground, inside my car, on the window ledge... we are now the proud owners of over 200 (seriously) packets of mild sauce. The food was what you would expect. No complaints there.

Unfortunately, like all the other TB's here, food has become tasteless, the employees never smile, hate their jobs, and are rude to customers. Since TB has gone to inside ordering at kiosks, the employees are all in the back and you cannot get counter assistance. Asking them for anything, like unlocking the restroom door, is a real troublesome matter for them as they have to leave the back hiding area and actually speak to a customer. This TB was completely empty of any other customers dining inside and the parking lot was empty as well. We will never be back that's for sure. Outside sidewalk and door entry areas were filthy dirty and stained. Good-bye Taco Bell.

This review is more like 2.5 Stars out of 5 I do not like leaving negative reviews but sometimes it is necessary especially for other clients and upper management/owners of this location to see. If you plan to go to this place, you have the best chance of getting your food through the drive-thru. It will also be faster since the employees there seem to prioritize drive-thru orders. The times that I have visited this location (the most recent today 08/08) there is no one at the counter and the employees just tell you to order on the self-ordering kiosks. Mobile/App orders also do not get priority since I placed my order through the app and waited 10 minutes before going in to pick it up (this is to give them time to prepare it) but when went in to checkup on the status of my order, the employee I spoke to said there was no order with my name in the system and to wait a bit to see if it showed up. To keep things simple I ended up waiting an additional 25+ minutes for my order of 4 things to be ready. Just when I was about to walk out they called my name. Unfortunately they only gave me 2 out my 4 items but I did not bring it up or say anything since it would have probably led to me spending more time there so I just left. The quality of the food is also suffering since everything seems to be prepared really fast with not much attention to quality. While I was there, I saw a few people leave including a lady who had been there for sometime before me who told me she spent her lunch break waiting and ended up leaving without any food (she ordered from the kiosks). It was sad to see, I almost offered her some of my order. I know that many businesses are suffering right now due to the lack of employees and having limited staff but if you plan on being open then you should refocus your resources on what you can handle. For example, maybe turnoff online/app ordering and maybe also close counter sales instead of having many unsatisfied/unhappy customers by trying to take...

Arrived at the restaurant at 6:34 p.m. approximately 5 minutes after receiving my doordash pickup request in the app. Upon arriving, one of the employees came up to me and asked which order I was waiting for, I let them know and they went to the back where all the other employees were and asked about it, then returned and said they would bring it out shortly. About 15 minutes later with no employees. Still on the line working on the order, another employee comes out and asks me what order I'm waiting on, I let her know as well and she had to look up in the system for the order because they had misplaced my customers ticket. Apologized and then printed off the ticket stating they would make it right then. About 20 minutes later I asked about the order again. By this time it was roughly 7:15 p.m. then one of the other employees from the back rudely stated "Would you just chill?" During my first 35 minutes of waiting, two other dashers and a couple customers came in, requested their orders and received them before mine had even been started.

Later, there were a couple other customers who had ordered food and another dasher who had been waiting for about 10 minutes for their order as well while It wasn't until 7:20 p.m. that I had finally gotten the one drink and two small items that my customer had ordered.

Lack of professionalism and customer service that some of us had received along with the lack of urgency when it comes to online mobile orders which should have more priority than the customers who hadn't even pulled up to the drive-thru work gone into the store to order was extremely disgraceful from most of the staff during this shift. Employees who are still on the clock should not simply be hanging around not working, in the back when there are customers in the lobby or in...

My order was wrong but that's not all. I ordered 2 cheesy double beef burritos and 2 orders of dessert and a couple other items. My receipt reflected the correct order but my bag shorted me on one of the desserts I paid for and I got these potato burritos instead of my cheesy double beef burritos. I didn't discover it until I got home. I was in the neighborhood the next day so I dropped by to talk with the manager because that was the 3rd time in a row my order was either wrong or missing an item. The manager came out and was a angry mean hostile person. She asked so what was she supposed to do about it or what did I want. I wasn't upset initially at her aggression I told her I mostly wanted her to know the night shift needed attention. I also knew that the night shift had a new manager and he was the one putting the orders together, according to the cashier, so perhaps he was the reason for the sudden downward shift in service. Again she was British demanding what did I want. I told her I just wanted someone to care. I did want my money back for the missing dessert and a coupon for the wrong burritos but she was just so brutish I finally put my receipt down and said I want my money back, which I got, but I am shocked she can be such a mean person to customer who was totally nice while lodging a complaint. I am stating for no team member to contact me because I've had continual issues receiving senior discounts at various locations and no one from corporate has ever reached out to me, which means if I leave my contact info, the person to contact me will be this abusive manager, no thank you, I just will not return to this location, and have already turned to another taco chain and will do just fine...
