Here is the tale of the worst fast food place I have ever gone to, based on multiple visits. For starters I work overnights, and like to treat myself to fast food once a week. The person that runs the drive through during grave yard is horribly mean. When he takes your order he acts and speaks to you very rudely. This same guy on some occasions has had filthy hands (dirt under nails). There used to be a customer complaint number on the window, and it's gone. One night, I got my order and found that my chicken sandwich was way undercooked and raw in the middle, which resulted in me going back and dealing with the morning crew as well as not getting to eat at work that night. The morning crew will be better right!! Wrong. The lady that "helped" me basically said deal with it, and that they wouldn't refund me. I became upset, stating "this is ridiculous", at which she tried to tell me to calm down, as if I were creating a scene. By the way, this was the manager. I then asked who I could speak to that was above her, and she was all of a sudden able to refund me!!! Go figure. About a month passed, and I was stuck in a rut. Due to not having enough time during my break, I begrudgingly drove to BK as I didn't have time to travel further. Same rude guy at window, same horrible disgusting service. My co-workers went last week for a chicken sandwich and guess what!?! She to received a nice chunk of cool, rubbery uncooked chicken in her mouth after biting the middle :)
So what did I learn? One, I am at fault for going back. Two, not only will I not go to that BK, but ANY Burger King after this. There are many more places to get food, no idea why they fell entitled to not offer good service, nor a route for people to complain about poor service. It's as...
Read moreMy experience at Burger King in Colorado Springs Union and East Platte Avenue. They open up at 6 a.m. Monday through Saturday. Sunday they open up at 7 a.m. They are on their winter hours they close the doors at 9 p.m. sharp if not sooner. The food is not that bad I'd rather eat at Burger King then a restaurant. The store is not that clean right now I'm looking at trash containers there's got to be at least 25 maybe 28 trays in between each other the trash there's trash collected both trash cans are full this is on one container the other container there's about 45 stacked High the store windows are filthy the ceiling lights are filthy I've taken the kind up on it by the trash can and felt the dirt that is on the lights the lights aren't that pretty I would upgrade this store I was told that was upgraded before it doesn't even look like it's been upgraded to me I'm a professional man I own four businesses here in the Springs to in Texas Houston and Amarillo I started my for businesses in Aurora Colorado 1971 January 1st this store is not that bad there's 4 people here that do not talk to me I do not talk to them I don't have very good experience with those four people the others are Great Smokies good Gladys the manager at a time and yours great the female manager in the evening is fantastic she has an attitude 4 people she's a people person like myself and doing my business is 24-hour maintenance Painting wallpapering Company a new business we started in August 24-hour janitorial service that goes around the clock and there's 21 people for that we stay busy and our business getting back to Burger King I would really not recommend this...
Read moreI had an absolutely horrible experience here on the evening of 7/12. It started as I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and continued until we left. We were tended to by the same gentleman(darker complexion, slender, young) he was very rude and plain disrespectful. Burger King your cashiers are the face and image of your company and values. This gentleman made Burger King look like they think customers are a nuisance and a waste of their time. I left tonight feeling humiliated and stupid. The employee spoke over me to rush me several times, had an annoyed and bored tone throughout the entire interaction, and ignored my questions if he was able to act like he couldn’t hear them(he did). My senior citizen mother was too afraid to ask him if he gave our debit card back as we looked for 10 mins waiting for the food( he had it the whole time…. Hmmm?) he then handed us our food and shut the window quickly avoiding eye contact and laughing with another employee(from the kitchen?) as if they were laughing at us for still sitting there staring at him. Because we were wanting something else but he never made eye contact with us. I’m so amazed at the lack of customer service I received tonight. I hope not one other customer has to go through that experience. My mozzarella sticks were also extremely undercooked. And we’re inedible. Our chicken nuggets disgusting and cold.
