I recently visited this restaurant with my family. The branding and interior/ exterior design was very intriguing. We were hoping for a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, our visit fell far short of our expectations. While I understand that every establishment may have its off days, there were a few aspects that left us feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return.
Firstly, upon entering the restaurant, we noticed that the menus were in a rather sorry state. They were printed on crumbly pieces of paper, making it difficult to peruse the available options. Thankfully, they did provide the option to scan a QR code and view the menu electronically, which was a small saving grace.
However, our disappointment grew as we discovered that nearly half of the items listed on the menu were out of stock. This limited selection made it challenging for us to find something that appealed to our tastes and preferences. It would have been helpful if the restaurant updated their menu or informed customers in advance about the unavailable items.
Furthermore, we were surprised to find that we had to get our own cups of water rather than having a waitress serve them to us. This lack of attention from the staff made us feel neglected and contributed to the overall underwhelming experience.
The tipping prompt at the checkout was puzzling since the service we received did not warrant leaving a tip. It would be more appropriate for the restaurant to provide quality service before expecting gratuity from their customers.
Adding to our frustrations, as soon as we placed our order, we were informed that they were unable to prepare the kids' pizza at the moment. This kind of miscommunication and inability to fulfill a basic request left us with no choice but to request a refund and seek dining options elsewhere.
Overall, our visit to this restaurant was disappointing due to the worn-out menus, limited menu choices, self-service for water, inappropriate tipping prompt, and failure to fulfill a simple order. I hope that the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving the overall dining experience for their customers.

Read moreHuge disappointment with the food and the management. We have driven past this brewery several times and today decided to stop in on a beautiful Sat afternoon. Our party ordered three beers and the Beer Cheese Queso via the QR code on the table. The beers were just okay. I ordered the Apricot Blonde Ale which was way too strong on the apricot and really just not very tasty; the other two people in our party shared similar feedback about the beers they ordered. The crowning disappointment was the Queso which was the consistency of milk. I took it back to the kitchen and they said, "well, sometimes it comes out thick and sometimes more thin, but we can try to thicken it up for you." I expressed our disappointment , but with getting the equivalent of a shoulder shrug from the kitchen staff I returned to our table. Shortly thereafter, the bar manager came over to our table and apologized , reiterated what the kitchen staff said about inconsistency in the queso result, and offered to discount our bill. We expressed our appreciation, but when we went to checkout out online --some 10+ min later--no discount had been made. When we called this to the attention of the bar manager she told us she hadn't had time to make the adjustment. Read moreWe honestly had high hopes for this new place. Fun and inviting atmosphere, however if it's cold out bring a jacket I don't think they want to spend on heat!! Even though this is a sit down establishment be prepared to pay before you get your food. We started off with a bowl of chili which was delicious! However the burger came out charred black on the outside my husband took two bites and informed the young lady behind the bar. We were told that since the majority of the burger was eaten (literally two bites) we'd have to pay for a new burger we argued the fact that the two bites was not the "majority" and he was trying to tolerate it! finally they agreed to make a new burger, ( only after making a phone call)... Of which the second burger was still charred! My husband chose to not eat it and leave. Prior to the burger ordeal I had ordered a brisket grilled cheese which did not say anything about BBQ sauce ( which was mentioned on several other choices). I mentioned that I wasn't a fan of BBQ sauce and that it wasn't specified on the description and was told "that's how it comes" with no other options given. Pretty much "that's what you ordered, deal with it!" A different gentleman arrived and asked how everything was and we mentioned the second burger still being burned, he was very nice and did offer to comp the burger.
