Read moreDon & Andrea (Drea) in the women's shoe department are the two you need to see if you want a wonderful shopping experience at this location. I had such a fantastic experience in the shoe department today, all thanks to them. From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole shopping experience enjoyable. They were genuinely fun to chat with, and it felt more like getting advice from friends than being helped by salespeople. What truly impressed me was how knowledgeable they both were. They knew their inventory inside and out and were able to answer all my questions about different styles, brands, and materials without hesitation. They quickly understood what I was looking for and offered excellent suggestions that were spot on. Best of all, they were absolutely not pushy at all. There was no pressure to buy anything, and they simply focused on helping me find the perfect pairs of shoes. It's rare to find such a great combination of expertise and genuine customer service. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend seeking them out for your next...

That woman is deplorable. When a nearby employee finally reluctantly assisted, I looked up to the “Karen” gazing at me with disgust. At one point, an employee asked her a question and she responded, “I’m here but I’m not here!” That woman is despicable; lacks customer service and, honestly, not sure why more people have not written complaints against her. I’ll take my...
