This is the WORST Chic Fil-A location I have EVER went to, from the customer service to the FOOD!!!! There have been several times where I had to walk back or double check my food bag to make sure I had the RIGHT order. I am a huge Chick Fil-A fanatic (Signature Member) and I have never had a problem with Chic Fil A as I’ve had with this one. The last couple times I have received my food either the tenders were burnt, sandwich buns are dry or I’m getting fries that are burnt/nibbles of fries. Today was the LAST straw!!! I went to this location during lunch to pick up an order for myself and a co-worker…I walk down the mall to the food court for my mobile order pickup..I had to check my order twice because the wrong label was put on my food (my name was on someone else’s order), when I tell one of the associates she had an attitude as if I was bothering her when she was the one who I watched was handling the mobile pick ups. I leave with my food and noticed I was given the wrong drink, I walk back down and tell another associate (idk if she was a manager or not)… I tell her I was given the wrong drink (I was not rude at all) she proceeds to sweep the floor (looking the opposite direction trying to talk to me) and not even give me eye contact while I am telling her I got the wrong drink. I received no apology for the several inconveniences in that moment of me picking up a simple MOBILE ORDER ON THE CHIC FIL A APP. I ended up leaving with my correct mobile order after 20 mins of me waiting for them to correct my order with very nonchalant /dismissive attitudes. I given this location too many chances and it’s always a problem. I will no longer give my money to this chic Fil a location. I will just go the one outside on mall...
Read moreI ordered food, and then went home because I didn't want to stand in the mall any longer. Upon getting home, checking my food, and checking my receipt, I realized that my order was wrong. The cashier didn't ring me up correctly according to the receipt, and something that was on the receipt was missing. I went back to get the correct thing, now having wasted gas to return, only to be met with the same cashier. Upon understanding that she didn't get my order correct, I allowed her to charge me for it, after all, I didn't actually pay for it, even if she was just trying to cover up her mistake. I stood there while she desperately tried to get the register working. I got fed up with waiting, and just left instead. I went back to my car and called to speak with whoever was in charge. They gave me a generic canned response about how the food should have been free and asked me what I want. Spotty service is one thing, but I have a seething hatred for canned, corporate sponsored responses from members of management. Disgusted at the levels of treatment from all levels, I decided to just leave. I'm not sure if you're aware, but gas is quite expensive during the time of this review. The manager, or whatever they were, simply told me to come back later. If I do, I doubt very much that they'll remember me, assuming I even get the same staff, and I doubt that they'll know what to do then either anyway. Save yourself the horrific line at the mall location, and go up the road to the one at the intersection. They've renovated their parking lot, and they're one of the fastest fast food restaurants on...
Read moreI just went to this chick flia and I asked for a number 8 entree (the wrap) and my bf gets chicken sandwich meal and a extra sandwich making the check turn out to be 17 dollars. We get our food my bf was correct but I never got my wrap, the cashier who took my order asked what I was waiting for and I said the wrap when then she proceeded to tell me I didn’t order the wrap and that I would have to pay extra for it. After I just spent 17 bucks for two people. I then proceeded to say that she must be mistaking because two sandwiches itself couldn’t be 17 bucks. I pull out my receipt to see she ranged me up for a 8 count nugget! And I feel as a fellow person who works at a fast food restaurant I shouldn’t have to pay for a whole need food item when she made the mistake of not repeating the order, I wouldn’t have made my customers. But then the manger I guess came up and gave me the wrap for free, ( a pretty sad looking wrap basically just lettuce and cheese). But I did get to kept the nuggets. Next time I will just drive the extra ten minutes down the road to the irmo chick flia, where I know they won’t mess...
