Bourbon St. Grill — Restaurant in Columbia

I was really looking forward to eating here. I tried a sample of their orange chicken as I walked by and was hooked. I got in line and ordered more of their great food when the clerk asked me if I’d like to by an egg roll for an extra $1. I said no Thankyou and kept it moving. About that time another young man about 10 years old got in line and ordered his food but when he was asked about the additional $1.00 egg roll the employee willfully “forgot to mention” the extra price. So I waited a few moments before brining it up to the employee. And so, the immediate back track began. He ended coming clean which is good, but I’m angry that they run that kind of shady business targeting little kids in the mall. It’s just sad. Oh, and by the way, their chicken fried rice is soggy. Sorry. Sincerely, a ticked off and hangry first/last...

I ate here on Friday and ended up having the worst stomach ache ever and throwing up 85% of the food I got! It’s not the taste that was the problem but the grade of meat or the time that it was sitting out is! Idk what y’all put in that food but I regurgitated up to 5 times after eating it and I even got sent home from work due to the food making me that sick , so not only did the food make me feel horrible , but it also made me lose money and created a horrid inconvenience . I was on the ground puking and this may be a little too much info but the bits and pieces of the lo mein and orange chicken were all on the ground ! Never again! Never again will I eat here so if you experience the same thing I did you have no excuse because I warned you! EAT HERE AT...

The cashier dude is completely rude. I asked for a side of corn at the register. He made it seem like it was so inconveniet and got loud with me. Asked me why I didn't order corn in the line. Dude my kid literally just said can I have corn so I asked you. I explained this to him and he continued verbally attacking me about upsetting customers in line behind me. The corn is already cooked and on the display. You don't have to cook it. Just lost a long time customer permanently. This is the 2nd time this guy has gone off on me. The first time was when I ordered a tea and he failed to mention it was lemon flavored.....of course that was a scene as well. I am done with these...
