I attend USC and because I forgot my student ID at work, I was told I wasnât allowed in. I have a picture of my student ID plus I remember the ID number and instead of them being able to look up this information in their computer to verify like any other gym, they simply say no the only way I can get in the gym is if I can get somebody else that has their student ID coming in will say that iâm their guest and that I would have to pay $10 and show my drivers license which I didnât have the physical license only a picture and that was allowed. What is worst is I caught someone leaving the gym to do this and wasnât kicked out, so whatever policy that is in place that says I canât get in without my physical ID needs to be changed. Charging students $10 because they forgot their ID is wrong. On top of this you are not allowed to bring a basketball inside the gym, it is required to use one of the balls issued out by the gym. The problem is most of their basketballs are old, deflated and or have no grip and if you go during busy times good luck even getting one. UofSC needs to do better by their students, staff is all young kids who donât seem like they havenât been trained properly or...
Read moreIt seems like there is lot of confusion on the guest passes, so here we go.
This is how the guest pass system works:
A USC student must be present to be your âsponsorâ Guest must be 18 Student Sponsor must have their physical USC ID card with them Guest must have their physical drivers license with them Guest passes cost $10. Cash is not accepted. You sign a waiver and they let you in
If you are a student, you must have your physical USC ID to get in for free. If you donât have it, or if youâre not a student, you must have a guest pass.
As long as you understand the process, it works and itâs an awesome gym. This is a great facility for students to work out. itâs always clean. Everyone has been respectful and there is lots of...

It has an indoor track, multiple pools, a weight room, a rock climbing wall, etc. While thot patrol usually commandeered the ellipticals and chad mclifts-a-lot always flooded the weight room, the indoor track was at least usually not crowded nor judgmental. The one occasion I tried to use the lap pool, a group of guys attempting to relive their swim team days literally swam me out of every lane I tried to move to. The adjacent hot tub was also suddenly the scene of some amateur music video which I have yet to...
