They have stepped up to anchor store level here as a player. The Family Garden Chinese Restaurant is ALWAYS putting out the goods at a consistent level. And a fair price !

Read moreVery unsafe feeling, I watched two security guards beat the heck out of a homeless guy and dump his bookbag in a dumpster and told him to scram. They immediately came over and tried to play the "homeless people steal everything, I'm sure you know what were talking about" type buddy buddy BS. I told them I was not in the same boat and don't agree and low and behold next time I'm playing scratch offs I bought from the store in their parking lot, the same two idiots come up and harass me and start telling me they're going to go 'hands on' shortly. I don't know what the owner or his son in law is trying to hide, but the constant security force makes this a terrible place to start a business unless you don't have a need for a customer facing store front. Even then, I'd venture to say you can find much better space with way less sketch other places. The thrift store located on the Cleveland Ave. side is very large and has a huge selection of clothing and household items. If you're donating there is a large area around the back that you can drop things off at (very easy to see, can't miss it). There is also an Ollie's on the back side of the complex, they have a decent selection of marked down items (lots of books, household, toys). The Columbus Square Bowling Palace is located at the back side, a great place to bowl and brings in a crowd. The shopping center has plenty of parking, a lot of small cross roads, speed bumps and is better lighting around the larger businesses. Careful of people speeding...
