Kirkland's Home — Attraction in Columbus

The store is very organized and clean. Unlike other Kirklands that have random merchandise just placed around. Always has a great selection and clearanced and sale items are very clearly marked, so there will be no guessing if an item is on sale or not. They currently have all,of their Christmas and holiday items going out so there are plenty of clearance items to choose from. The staff is friendly and very helpful in holding items, checking prices, helping you licate items or suggesting things if you arent sure what you're looking for. Skip the AT HOME store and go here. Almost all comparable items are the same price, except that Kirklands runs % off sales and the AT HOME store does not. I checked both stores for the items I bought today and ended up buying at Kirklands because #1 the very same product was 30% off and also,it wasnt just shoved on shelves and banged atound from the hurried unboxing and shelving process like the...

Worst store customer service I have ever encountered. Took 3 weeks to get a $1,000 order of two chairs in. Picked them up and took home to find they were BOTH BROKEN in TWO. Store had never checked the boxes. Store Manager then promises a replacement for 2 days later. Never calls. The Second Store Manager doest call either. Once I track down their replacements, they took two more days. Store Manager never sorry, never empathetic, never tried to make up for our disappointment and inconvenience. I sat on the floor for my 85 year old parents visit from NY and these people didn't care. My husband drove over to pick up the replacements... This is the first time I have visited this store and I did not have a good experience. I went in looking for a specific Christmas wall decor and the lady had to get it from the back. When I checked out I noticed that the brown paper was ripped on the back of it. I asked her for one that the paper was not torn and she said they didn't have anymore. Then, proceeded to tell me that they couldn't give me a discount and I told the salesperson that I did not ask for a discount only to get an item that was not damaged!!Later today, I ordered another of the same item and got 20% off buy online pick up in store.
