Black Hat — Restaurant in Columbus

I was sobering up and did not drink anything but water when we were here. The bartender/also part owner made a comment to me about let me rush over to give you your free water. I played the juke box the entire time I was in this establishment, that's not a cheap thing to do for hours! I will never return to this place that clearly doesn't cater to the person trying to be responsible. Definitely not a good note to end my St Patrick's day. I will not return to this establishment for anything! How dare this man make comments to me like that. I wasn't being demanding or rude. I'll spend my hard earned money anywhere but here. Also, on a side note one of my friends definitely got ripped off on her credit card here as they overcharged her. Or charged someone else's tab to her. Or just took advantage as she was not in any...

This place is shocking. Visited with my wife for a snack. Horible smell, table tops sticky and greasy,place mats rotten underneath. Over $20 for two light meals that were both inedible. Could have gone to Arbys or McDonalds for half the price. I feel that this place tries to attract the tourist trade due to its close proximity to the palace. I wonder when they were last inspected by food and health officials. Any thorough check would surely result in immediate closure. Whoever owns this should be prosecuted as a risk to...

I was overcharged by $40 and called them on at least three occasions as well as coming into the bar twice. I was told the computer has a glitch but no one ever helped me get an answer or get my money back. I have been overcharged on at least one other occasion, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time thinking maybe they charged me for my friends drinks.
