Read morePatel is the best place to buy Indian food and supplies. This would definitely be a five-star rating, except there are A LOT of check out problems here. I was there once when there was no one servicing the checkout lanes for over 15 minutes in the morning just after they opened. I gave up after that long and went to a neighboring store. I looked in later, and there was still no clerk with the same people still waiting in line. Unacceptable! I never go there on the weekend because there will be at least 10 people in each lane, and most of those people have full shopping carts doing their week's shopping. With that number of people in line, the registers are not all open....

They have mostly everything whatever you need from an Indian grocer. The usual rice, atta, lentils, snacks, spices, biscuits, frozen items, fresh produce, puja stuff, etc. the fresh vegetable section was nothing impressive. Most of the stuff doesn’t look very fresh.
