I have been regular customer here, but I have made decision today that I will never visit this place in Columbus ever again. The owner or whoever this guy is came to get my order and not sure just because it was busy he literally walked away before I could finish with my order. I asked to make my naan crispy and he heard it when the guy from the kitchen bring it to my table for serving I asked to not have that naan and would need another one and this as** came in and interrupted us in our conversation saying that we are not changing it. What kind of service was that ? He also got into argument with me after that. I have made my decision and would never visit this place again in future. Reply to your response :- I used foul language here in review but when the incident happened I genuinely asked him nicely and he is part of ownership so he had that attitude of not changing naan to pleased guest may be because he was having a bad day which should not come out on guest. I was never loud either to have any of my neighboring guest hear my conversation and never used foul language Infront of my wife and kids. Your response trying to get sympathy towards the staff is completely false statement but I am a man of word to not take where hospitality was zero from your team members. I never had any other issues with any other team member as they just asked me if everything was alright me being honest told them my situation with the main head of your restaurant. We went for dinner, ordered - chicken lat mai kai, butter chicken, punjab da murg(bone-in) and butter naan. Butter chicken was not freshly cooked, may be served left over from afternoon buffet and got same feeling with appetizers as it was some form of chicken reused and tossed in garlic and loads of chopped onions. Punjab da murg dish was suggested by our server as theirs best chicken curry dish but it was worst chicken curry I had in my life so far. Punjab da Chicken gravy was uncooked tomato purée with added fried onions, it had raw smell and taste. May be that was not enough so they decided to garnish it with chopped tomato pieces. When I told this to server, he said I will get it corrected but come back with more tomato purée added to into same gravy. As if we wanted extra curry for free. Owner was not at all bothered about our open feedback and that bar area guy(May be he is another owner) was explaining us it cannot be uncooked and he was trying to fool customers with arrogance in his body language and response.
