I had the pleasure of speaking at an event hosted at Quest Conference Center, and I can confidently say it was one of the most exceptional venues I've experienced. After presenting at hotels and conference facilities across the country, I was truly impressed by the level of professionalism and attention to detail at this location.

The AV technology was top-notch, with everything functioning smoothly from start to finish—something that is often not the case in other venues. They also had onsite AV technical support, which ensured there were no hiccups, making my presentation seamless. It’s rare to find a facility so well-prepared, especially when it comes to technology.

In addition to the tech, the entire space was perfect for any event. The conference rooms varied in size to accommodate different needs, and the food and snacks provided were a great touch, making the whole experience even better. Every aspect of the day was handled with professionalism, and the facility itself is truly outstanding.

The Quest Conference Center is clearly designed with professional development in mind. The meeting rooms were perfectly sized for our group, providing a comfortable environment for discussion and learning. I especially appreciated the two Smart TVs on each side of the room, which made presentations clear and easy to follow. However, adding Smart TVs to the back of the room would have been beneficial so everyone didn’t have to keep turning around.

One area for improvement is access to electrical outlets. Having them available for laptops would have been outstanding, particularly for longer sessions.

The breakfast and lunch offerings were what you’d typically expect for a professional development event – decent and filling, though nothing extraordinary. On the plus side, the restrooms were clean and there were plenty of them, so there was no waiting in line.

One note of caution: the traffic in the area is horrific, so be sure to plan extra travel time regardless of what your GPS says.

This is a lovely meeting space. The rooms are spacious and bright and have all the technological requirements you need. The catering was also great. Their menu is versatile, and you had several options to choose from, which accommodated several food preferences and restrictions. We had the taco bar, which I appreciated as there were several vegan options (something I often battle to find at gatherings like these, so I often have to settle for vegetarian). They also had labels for all of the food that indicated whether it was vegan, glutan free, had any nuts, etc. This is always something I look out for as an event coordinator. Not many places consider adding the food allergies or options on their labels. It usually is just the name of the dish, and you have to guess whether it is vegan, gluten-free, etc. This really stood out to me. I will also say that they had a lovely tea selection as well. Im not a coffee drinker, so it was nice to see a wide variety of teas, some of which I had never tried before.
