Salon Lofts Hilliard Mill Run — Attraction in Columbus

I recently visited Theresa-West Barnes for the first time to get full highlights and a cut. I was charged for full highlights but got partial highlights maybe?? I was done within an hour and thought hummm. My hair never takes less then 2 hours to highlight. Left with wet hair and once it dried it looked no different from when I went in. I was way over charged for a haircut that per her pricing was included in the price. But when she was adding everything up was telling me everything separately. Quite confusing and misleading! I was also charged for conditioner I never asked for or was told about until she was charging me for everything!! It was the WORSE highlighting I have ever had and the most expensive 🤦🏼‍♀️. Most women go to the salon to get pretty and feel refreshed and happy. Needless to say, that isn’t me the past week. I had a few friends ask me I was getting my hair done next and I told them I just had it done 🤦🏼‍♀️. Embarrassing!! I won’t be returning and I now have to pay someone else to do the work i already paid her for! Totally disappointing! ...

This was my very first time coming to salon lofts, Jodi Duncan did my hair. She was very nice and sweet. I have long curly blonde hair, I told her I wanted to do ombre on my hair. I wanted to do dark roots fading into my blonde. I figured since I told her that I have curly hair she would cut my hair dry, but she just put the brown hair dye right on my roots. She washes it out, then cuts my hair. Fast forward, as she’s drying my hair she herself notices that the brown hair dye has also gotten all over my blonde. Instead of offering to fix it, she tells me to put baking soda on it and it should go away. So all she did was, Put brown hair dye on my roots, washed it out, and dried it. I had never been to the Hilliard Salon Loft location but I just moved to the area recently and it is very close to my apartments so I decided last minute to go and have my hair overall dyed brown...My hair was brown with balayage (very pretty) but wanted to go darker for the fall..I explained that I wanted my hair to be dark brown and it turned out pitch black. I am not happy with my hair at all, it does not go well with my skin tone. The girl was really nice and personable, I am just disappointed with the result.
