i came here in like the beginning of june and asked for all over color, and she decided to give me highlights instead, didn’t fix my root regrowth, and it looked exactly the same as it did when i came in. i don’t know what lead her to believe that i wanted highlights when i know for a fact that she said in the beginning “were doing all over color right?” and i said right. this isn’t the first time it’s happened either, when i went back in november 2019 i asked for all over color she gave me highlights... like she doesn’t know how to do all over color. i was so disappointed and it made me so upset that it costed $156 for her to literally do nothing to my hair. never coming back ever again and will not recommend this place to anyone we didn’t even get a refund. i couldn’t see my hair from afar at the mirror because i didn’t have contacts and from afar it looked ok i guess. definitely not worth a single dollar. also, my hair dresser was shelby. that’s my root regrowth before and after. you can still see the regrowth A LOt.. idk if you can tell in that photo. but you can...

I received a service from Shanda. She painted my hair way darker then I wanted and also she left terrible stripes on roots. She promised to add more highlights & paint my roots for free and we booked a window for December 29th. The day before she canceled and came up with excuse that she was exposed to covid. She also blocked me on Instagram. I looked from my other page and realized she’s working, asked her why. She just said that she’s not gonna fix anything because by asking her to add more highlights I am “telling her how to do her job”!!! And she refused to fix her poor lazy work she’s done. Love this set up! Love my stylist, Olivia!! She can really cut and style some hair!! Olivia has been cutting me and my wife's hair for about 2 years. Sola Salon is a set of privately owned studios all under one roof. They are all separate rooms that are decorated and arranged by preference of the studio owner/operator.
