Review Title: Frustrating Experience with Online Ordering I recently ordered takeout using their online system, and I was quite disappointed with the experience. After placing my order, I received a confirmation email, which led me to believe everything was processed correctly. However, when I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my meal, the staff informed me that they had no record of my order. To make matters worse, they mentioned that my credit card had already been charged. I found this incredibly frustrating, as I had anticipated enjoying my meal, only to discover that it wasn't even prepared. I had to go through the hassle of managing a refund, which added to my disappointment. While I enjoyed the food on a previous visit, this experience makes it hard for me to consider ordering online again. Hopefully, they can improve their ordering system to avoid these issues...

Food is okay. Very expensive for everything. The horchata is nasty and very overpriced. I have been to many different restaurants with above average top tier horchata for waaayyyy less. My order took very long, and when it did come I seen them set it on the counter and the lady started doing drinks and other things for customers who just came in, instead of prioritizing me who was there first, putting my food in the bag and giving it to me. It was kind of annoying. I know they are busy and have to multi task but I felt like it was kinda intentional for whatever reason.. But definetly don’t waste your 6$ on the horchata. I love horchata so I pay attention, and love trying them from different places, and I can tell you they don’t have the best horchata at all, and it’s very overpriced. You’re basically paying for the price of 2 for some watery, barely...

The service was great and so was my food. I feel for the cooks and the staff because it really gets hot in the restaurant as a customer eating inside the restaurant. The cooks have to deal with that and cooking along with the staff. I am not sure if the restaurant isn’t equipped with air conditioning unit but it would be hard to work in that heat. This time I took my food home with me. You have to appreciate the cooks and staff for doing their best in today’s hot temperatures.
