Best Burger — Restaurant in Concord

Our friend Valerie told us about this place a long time ago - it's literally a mile from our home, and she was shocked we'd never gone in. Last weekend I decided to change that! We had our bunny in the car, having just left from a vet appointment, but found shaded parking in the big lot in front of the place.

Even though it was lunch time, I was surprised to see how busy they were. A couple people stood in line, and all but two tables were seated. We ordered at the counter. I had a veggie burger and husband had two corn dogs. Also each ordered a chocolate shake.

They don't make their own veggie burger patties, but the one they served was really good! Lots of carrots and spinach - and very tasty! The bun it was served on was kind of big, and the shredded lettuce made a mess, but I ate almost the entire burger. Added jalapenos to it for $0.35 and spiced it up!

Was craving the crispy patty burgers of Mooyah, but it’s far from me so I decided to just get McDonalds. I passed by this place and read “Best Burgers,” so why would I settle for less? I checked and the reviews were good. The place is a classic simple diner. The wait isn’t even 5 minutes. I ordered the fries, jalapeño poppers, and mushroom burger with extra bacon. The staff members are so polite, helpful, and kind. Everything was hot and fresh. You can see them cooking it. The fries are crispy and full. The beef patty definitely had the grilled taste and was so juicy. It was dripping. The burger was so big and thick. The burger lives up to its name, Best Burgers. Better than In-N-Out. Easy access from the main street, found parking right in front of it. A very friendly cashier with a smile and curiosity greeted us. We ordered a Basic Hamburger, and the Best Burger from the menu above. What was special about the best burger? Well, it came with delicious pastrami! Got some fries with that, and it came in on the house! I ordered a banana milkshake and said we'll share it. The staff split it into two cups for us to enjoy.
