Zoë & Co. Professional Bra Fitters — Attraction in Concord

Holy moly! This is the place I have been looking for, for a long, long time.

I had the absolute pleasure to have Loraina as my bra expert. Let me tell you, she is an expert, knowledgeable, a good listener, and just all around nice person.

I made an appointment. Loraina was there waiting to help me (I was early, I promise!). She started by fitting me. I was honestly taken aback when she said the number because for the last 4 years, I have been wearing 2 sizes too big and the cups way, way too small!

After fitting me, she asked what kind of bras I preferred and how I like them to fit. She explained the band size, cup size, and the process in which I would try on bras and she would see if it fit me properly. I was blown away; I have never been educated on bras and how they are supposed to fit.

She brought in about 20+ bras and told me which ones would do what. She recommended some bras for me to try on first. After about my 5th bra, I tried on "the one." Loraina came in, adjusted it, and it fit perfectly. After that, I asked for a sportier type of bra. Same process and I found a bra that fit my needs and it is so, so comfortable.

I cannot say enough about Loraina and how knowledgeable she is. She had so much patience with me, helped, and educated me throughout the appointment. She was wonderful to work with.

I cannot recommend this store enough. They have an amazing selection of bras and other things like underwear, bathing suit tops that are by cup size, lingerie, etc. I will be a repeat...

I have never been to a store that put so much effort into NOT making a sale or gain a client.

I walked in at around 4:15 PM. The store was completely empty except for two employees. No greeting, no acknowledgment—just silence. Not a great start, but okay.

I looked around and saw no bras on display, so I asked about them.

Me: “Hi, do you have any bras out?” Employee: “Well, sure, if you know your size, but we generally specialize in bra fitting.” Me: “Okay, that sounds good.” Employee: “Just so you know, it takes about an hour to do the whole thing, if you have that amount of time.” Me: “Yeah, that sounds fine.” Employee: Checks the time “Oh, let me see what time it is. I mean, if you have that amount of time, but it’s an hour average.” Me: “Yeah, that’s doable.” Employee: “Well, I didn’t have a lunch break today, I planned to have lunch after my last appointment, so…”

And that was it. No offer to help, no attempt to schedule me for another time—just actively trying to get rid of me😂 The store was completely empty, yet they clearly had no interest in assisting me. If they only serve customers by appointment, they should say so upfront instead of wasting people’s time and making them feel unwelcome. I have never experienced a business that worked so hard to not make a sale. I guess, sorry I bothered you...

This store is awesome! I traveled an hour to get here, and it was well worth it. I worked with Fran, who was very patient and understanding. She had me measured very quickly, and once I tried on a few bras to determine my size, she found a number of items for me to select from. She also let me know about the store mailing list and the stock up sale that was running at the time. She was very helpful with adjustments and clearing away items that didn't work or bringing alternate sizes. I wound up finding several bras that I really loved. They also have shapeware, which I sadly had no time to look at, but that's one great reason to return! All of the staff were attentive and helpful. There were other customers getting fittings while I was there, and they all got great assistance. The store is full of great art celebrating bras and women, which is a lot of fun. There are several dressing cubicles of decent size. There's a restroom for customers. There's on the street parking out front. I suggest making an appointment for a fitting since the store can get a bit busy. I highly recommend this store and will be encouraging family and friends...
