Montgomery Plaza — Attraction in Conroe

Have been here a few times . They have alot of stuff and at really good prices. The only thing is I don't like how the manager is kindly disrespectful to the employees. I went in there for my second time and there was a lady that thought everything was .99 cents. Well she had several items and then realized it wasnt so the gentleman that was checking explained to her that it was marked with yellow stickers . She decided she didn't want half the items she was going to purchase. Bless the man's heart he was being so patient . He called the manager to get a suspension and when she got over there she was really not nice. She went on about the things she has to get some and couldn't cause she kept getting calls to the front. There was a line of ppl behind me. I jus looked at the poor guy and kinda shook my head that the manager would make him feel like he was bothering her. But that's her job, hello manager if you don't want to have to do this Everytime a customer don't want some items then talk to your corporate office and tell them it's a Hassel . There's a Tuesday Morning and a Spec's here. Both pretty good ones. Without them, this shopping center would've gotten one star. There's also Academy. I want to like Academy, but I can't. And that's sad to me because it's such a cool conglomeration of goods. But Everytime I drive past it or go in it, everyone looks pissed off-including the people who work there. Especially the people who work there. To be fair, it's not just the Conroe Academy-every Academy I've ever been in has been this way. Where's the hospitality in store? The work ethic of the young adult associates? Is that why everybody walking in looks mad? Because they're bracing themselves to be stared at suspiciously and ignored or alienated by associates upon entering? This saddens me, because looking at the clientele, these are the people I want to drink beer and eat crawfish with. Wow. Did I go off on...

The downside of the shopping center is the castle Dentistry where I went 4 days ago with a broken tooth, a molar broken in half and the dentist scheduled me for an extraction a week down the road and repeatedly refuse to give me any painkillers whatsoever. Told me to take ibuprofen for god sakes? That did absolutely nothing for me. Been awake pretty much all night for every night since last Thursday so four nights of almost no sleep so far due to pain.
