8600 Apartments — Attraction in Silver Spring

Im way better than sondra with a rating of 1 star. In terms of reviewing outside the time of living at The beautiful estates of 8600 apartments Staff was always on present to address maintenance and constant elevator safety measurements. If anything was the issue at the apartments it was addressed and responded to. I felt safe living there. Parking lots were always cleaned. Yeah snow would make the roads dangerous but the raspberry bushes underneath the train tracks is a hidden gem. Hoping to future upgrades at 8600 16ths st like LED outdoor retractacble podium cups and more vending machines like at least 6 and a purpler wallpaper/ or fake grass painted deep purple with 16 floor spotlights pointed vertically 5v 9pc led pucks. Even some outdoor freestanding neon pineapple signs on a pole would really liven up the lack of night pop the nearby trees and shrubs are the weakest point of this hotel. Bring in some permanent outdoor cucumber plants and that will bring city aspect back to home. Wisteria, red oak, japanese red maple are trees that dont grow so well in that location. Lemon, avocado, orange trees also dont grow at all at that location. Blueberries can grow in that location. During the beginning of this week someone set fire to dumpsters in the middle of the night !! Very scary now mostly for the family’s here .

Now they have a serious mildew problem in closets and I bet a\c has never been clean since it makes your eyes and throat itchy .

Serious they have to stop raising rents and start lowing them it is not worth it anymore .

I’m soon going to make a report with county since it is not save for my children here are photos & not mentioning personal belongings lost because...

The management is so ignorant and the owners as well. They don’t care about you They don’t even call 911 for help they keep saying they have nothing to do about this situation almost every other week car or tire with rims being stolen. elevators are always broken maintenance not on time u need to wait a week or 2 weeks just for clog sink. They just wanna keep collecting money. This is The worst of worst this is my second time leave this review. OWNER don’t say contact the office because they don’t do nothing. for a NEW residence don’t think about to rent this place no playground for kids to play with, swimming pool been closed never opened.
