District Court for Montgomery County — Local services in Silver Spring

I went to the clerk’s office to get a simple form and asked the clerk(Hispanic lady) JUST ONE simple question for Clarification very politely with an appropriate tone of voice and she kept responding to me very rudely just like she had been with other people that were in front of me. I kept trying to be nice and polite; however that did not help as she just kept being angry and super rude telling me “don’t you read it what does it say?”. All she needed to do was just answer the simple question. Finally when I spoke up and stood up to her rudeness, she calmed down and actually answered. I understand the job can sometimes or often time be stressful like most other jobs but as a human being I think she should and all of us should try to be nice kind and communicate better and be aware of tone of voice as this can come Across as rude for sure. I normally do not like to leave negative reviews but I believe this review was necessary especially for her future interactions with other people since she works in the clerks office at the silver spring district court. Thanks. I hope management or her supervisor talks to her about this and coaches her to serve the people they way they should be treated...

I went to court with my husband today and are there rules that a spouse cannot come up too? We were in court room 401 and I was told to sit down He only would talk to a lawyer he said to me So you can't speak on someone's behalf Which I didn't know A lawyer is to defend you But, if you did the crime why drag it out and again a continuance we didn't want a lawyer this is ridiculous 3 same stealing charges And the judge advised to get a lawyer draging it out Then they went on break at 10am after starting at 9am everything is dragged out! So, I went outside that's not my world I wasn't on trial but it seems like your judged by what's on there paper only and aren't asked question You are your own advocate for life So, why not talk to the offender why only a lawyer He looks at the charge and if it can pose jail time Hell say get a lawyer and continue it. Honestly leave me America/Maryland if you can !! I don’t know if the country is going broke to the point they’re just trying to scam people. Worst customer service, there was no service provided. I was charged to pay a large amount of fees, for window tints. Tinted my car for security reasons because as a woman in this country ,MEN ARE VERY WEIRD. Took them off though but yet I’m still being harassed after removing them and following all protocols A YEAR AGO that they suspended license. I tried disputing and getting trial but they literally made it impossible for me . Forcing me to pay fees of suspended registration , when I had evidence that my tags were never suspended and I followed all protocols. And suspended my license making it impossible for me to do things .
