Little piece of advise: when your website, and door sign, both say open till 6pm, we customers understand that you accept the public's business up and until 6pm. So when a customer shows up after you guys call him about some pants that he's been waiting for 2 months , and he explicitly let's you know he'll be there close to 6pm, ends up showing up at exactly 5:52pm for the pick up, and the doors are already locked, as your employees are clearly still dispatching no less that 5 different customers, still inside the store, for a pick up, it would have taken 2 mins to grab my order and pay... and even then the store should have remained open another 6 min. Nevertheless, I hung outside the store thinking someone would acknowledge me and at least give me the old "we are closing g a little early today, sorry for any inconvenience", but no. In the next 10 minutes I hung outside the store, one by one the remaining customers came out, as the security guy would unlock the exit door and quickly close it after the customer exited, as if he was making sure myself or anyone else wouldn't get in the store through the exit door. I tried to tell him I was there cause they called me but he would literally ignore me. Everyone's time is important, not just yours... And just FYI, after spending thousands of dollars on this store, I will not ever be coming back, this is the last time you guys make me waste my time.
Order online folks, avoid this kind of treatment, as if it were a privilege to...

Broadway A.N.S., by measure of selection, brand names carried, and prices of brand names. HOWEVER-Even better yet, is the smaller, secondary sister store just to the southeast in the same parking lot. That bad boy is mecca for cool stuff of interest to the men n' boys! ALSO, the folks that work here aren't as snooty as the S. Broadway location in Englewood. Keep it up y'all!! Maybe scoop together all the EDC stuff into one cool section. Otherwise, two great stops for anything you'll need for any activity that isn't baking a cak... no, no they carry pans and whatnot...

The staff was friendly and super helpful, they even gave us a discount to help out. We purchased every blanket they had, all 138 of them from the inventory. When we got to the nursing home the power had just been restored (much earlier than expected) and we no longer needed the blankets. The employees were great about letting us return the blankets, so we kept a few to hand out to the homeless
