Excellent farmers market. I think it is the best in Bethesda.
It is also a great way to start off your Sunday!
Parking can be somewhat tricky, but once you are in the farmers market, it is a pleasure.
There are several booths my wife and I visit habitually.
PROFISH - has some of the freshest seafood you can experience and relatively reasonably priced.
ZEKE'S coffee is a must. I usually will buy a medium coffee to enjoy as I peruse the other vendors.
Springfield farms has an excellent fresh protein selection. I stop off and grab fresh steaks most times I attend. The chicken is excellent, as well
Twinbrook farms (I think that's the name) is an excellent fruit and vegetable stand. The line is usually always long.
The food is delicious. Any of the vendors from the bakeries to the food trucks are exceptional.

Read moreThis farmers market is really fantastic. If you live in or around downtown Bethesda, there’s really no reason not to do your shopping here on a Sunday. There are usually 5+ farms selling local produce, in addition to several bakeries, a cheese farm (Stony Man, fantastic), a sausage place, several meat shops, and seafood. You can also eat there—crepes, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and various ethnic foods. They have even recently added a brewery, so bring your growler(s).
