Champion Sign Supply (since 1994) — Attraction in Riverdale

Well….Let me start off by saying how nice of a business this is. I’ve been seeing Champion Sign Supply grow for over a very long time. Customer service is always on point!! Also there consistency on there material is phenomenal. You always know what your going to get. The quality is awesome 🤩!!!! It presses right every time and it’s so durable! I have never had any issues on there material. All I can say is keep up the great work. The staff there is wonderful. They are friendly and always keep it professional no matter if there is change within the business. They remain cool 😎, calm, and professional. This lil place is a great spot for us crafters to find a nice selection of htv & several really pretty colors of adhesive vinyl. I would've added another star except that I didn't really find much of an option for any patterned vinyl/htv but I did see some more on the website..just not available at the Columbus location (where I was at the time). They always have several people in-line when I'm there, not for lack of service, just popular! I didn't catch his name but he was handling it with the register he was on, answered questions he was being asked by another worker for a customer, & I believe he even managed to answer the phone too! First time shopping at this company and I’m defiantly satisfied. All the staff was very helpful and informative; but Mrs. Kim was EXTRAORDINARY; she went above and beyond to assist me with getting the right amount of vinyl needed for my project. Being the new crafter that I am, I am very grateful for that. She taught me tricks for my Cricut (getting full use out of my vinyl on a mat) that I didn’t even know about in my 2 years of ownership.
