Listen to me. All the good reviews are true! I spent about 2 weeks looking for a couch and couldn't find anything suitable until I stumbled across them. I walked in and was greeted and the gentleman immediately started assisting me with what I wanted. At no point did I feel pressured to buy during the interaction. Ultimately I found exactly what I was looking for which is the gray sectional in the photo. The quality of the couch is amazing. It looks and feel exactly like the one on the showroom and I was able to customize the placement of the chaise. I don't remember the guys name who assisted me but I had a pleasant experience with him and his brother Mohammed. Delivery was set for about 4 days after my purchase but they went out of their way and was able to get my couch delivered 2 days early. I also had a very pleasant experience with the delivery driver. He had no issues with waiting 20 mins for me to get home due to a miscommunication with delivery times and set up my couch exactly where I wanted it in less than 15 mins. Ok I’m back with another review 7 months later. It’s all bad guys save your self from getting out of character. Because the communication from this business is all bad because once u purchase they blow u off and you’re forgotten definitely once u have an issue. I have a very nice home that’s well kept. And for my chase I purchased from Mega furniture. I’m very disappointed in this company. They offered to fix it by say oh we will patch it but it’s no guarantee it will look perfect once patched. After I paid 700 bucks for a piece of pleather I should say.
