I made an appointment 2 weeks before coming in for a perm. We agreed on a date and time and when I arrived to the salon. They said that we never made an appointment. I had to pull up my call history on my cell phone to prove that I made an appointment. But Instead of helping me on the spot, she already booked other customers. I not only took time off work on Friday but I also had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to come to this salon, ONLY to be told that I didn't make an appointment. AND she did not ask if I wanted to reschedule.
It was not only embarrassing to me around other customers but it was very unprofessional and shows that they are unorganized with their archaic booking system which is just hand writing their appointments on paper rather than putting it in a computer system.
This salon not only has a history of double booking customers in the same slot, but I will 100% guarantee that you will wait at least 30 minutes when you arrive on time for your appointment. So unless you are free that entire day, you will be running late always.
I only come in once a year for a hair appointment as a treat to myself and today was honestly VERY disappointing and a waste of my time off my busy...

I went in for a haircut on an appointment and asked if I could skip the shampoo for my hair prior to cutting. I explained that I washed my hair at home with mild shampoo prior to coming in because of some skin issues I had. I also suggested that they utilize a spray bottle to wet my hair instead. This method was used previously at other hair salons. There is no difference in cost. The stylist flat out refused to work on my hair unless I would agree to get my hair shampooed by their staff. They (both the stylist and receptionist..there are only two people working there as far as I know) claimed that they could not provide me with the best haircut with spray-wetting method. Read moreIf i could rate it a 0/10 I would. I was trying to bleach my hair (i have a level 1 hair very dark), and was wanting it lifted. Not only did they not ask if i had dyed it recently, or do a test strand, but they tried to lift my hair straight from level 1 to a level 10 platinum blonde. Anyone who knows anything about hair lightening, knows that you aren't supposed to lift it all in one setting. They also only had the bleach in for about an hour on my hair, which is way shorter that the time it should've been. I don't know what sort of super bleach they used, but it is killing my hair, and i'm not ever gonna be able to fix it until my natural hair grows all the way back in again....
