I came in today 02/11/2022 to get some things. I noticed there was a sign offering preorders for Valentineâs Day balloons. The cashier was very kind and polite, after checking out I asked her who I could talk to about a preorder and she said directed me to another employee. I thanked the cashier and went walked towards the other employee I simply said âExcuse meâ in the kind way as I always do because I work in the service industry too. She shooed me away by saying âNU UHâ in the worst attitude while walking past me. It really made me mad because Iâve never come across someone so rude I said âReally?â As she continued to walk away from me she yell back âYea Iâm not doing itâ I asked the nice cashier for her name and if there was any manager working, not to complain but to place my order, she informed me her name is Teresa and she is the manager of the store, a woman with long silver hair. I decided today was just not the day to let a clearly distraught person upset my energy so I thanked the cashier and left the store. I write this review so that Teresa can read it and be nicer to other people that come to her store. I did not provoke her, I did not insult her nor did I yell at her or demand anything from her. I had a question the young employee didnt know the answer to and Todd got loud with me told me he was too busy and walked away. When I got in my car I called to get his name he was due and didnt want to provide it to me. I had family member call he was rude asked why they were calling wouldnât give his name and hung up on them. After that Todd took the phone off the hook and only a busy single was heard. Taking the phone off the hook causes customer to not shop at the store. If they had questions about an item or anything Todd was in his feelings that he name was asked of him and cost the company money. This should be taking out of his pay check. Todd is such a determinant to this store and shouldnât be an employee let alone in leadership. I paid $95 for my items and i will not shop this store again. Customer service isnât for Todd and it showed today you are letting a job make you became a disrespectful employee. If Todd doesnât like customer service he should find another job.    Read moreThe cashier that worked tonight (slim lady with braids) is very friendly. She was left hanging, handling the line by herself. She is always running things alone and needs some help. I was in line for at least 10 minutes.The line went all the way through an aisle. As far as the store overall, this is the second time that I have noticed expired pretzels. I get this specific kind in the photo every time. Last time the entire batch was 2 months expired. Today the batch was 3 weeks expired. I reported this to another cashier last time and she thanked me for letting her know. I guess nothing was changed. I hope that you all will keep a closer eye on this. This makes me paranoid to purchase your food products. Lastly , I didnât like how the lady with the long dark ponytail spoke to another employee. She came out of the back with a frozen product/bag and said âBrandon you canât just throw these away! This is the second one. It has to be damaged outâ. I could only see her and not whoever the Brandon person was but I know that I wouldnât like to be spoken to like that.
