Mike Mahmood was super rude and very disrespectful when I came back in with my fiance to see about getting his engagement ring resized a size up since I was told originally that the ring would be a perfect fit for him since I gave them his class ring which is a perfect fit for him. Mike Mahmood was trying to get him to get a new ring from the one I chose and was completely rude by saying things like the ring I chose would not resell well in the future and that it would not follow fashion trends.
I would never recommend this place to anyone I know or even a stranger on the street and would even go out of my way to send people away because of the way my fiance and I were treated.

Jade one of the managers at this store help straighten the situation out turns out mike is know for this behavior. Jade not only apologized for the behavior that happened to my fiance and myself. Jade managed to find the ring I had bought him in his size at another store (something that mike had no care to do trying to get my fiance instead to buy a ring that he did not want saying the one I had bought was garbage). So if you do go to this store only work with Jade she will take care of you.
Also Jade congratulated me on my engagement (I know this is such a small thing but when selling someone something it is important to connect and have good people skills)

Customer Service was superb, I was made to feel like I had a million dollars in my pocket, that I never forgot. That is why when I wanted an upgrade (although I received a good price at another store and at a another Kay); I went back to the same store. Mind you I passed at least 4 Kay Jewelers on the way but I am all about customer service.
When I need my ring clean I travel the 30 -40 or so to get them cleaned. I went in on Friday the 14th, to get my ring cleaned and Martin greeted and asked how he could help:i told him that a diamond fell off on my band and that my engagement ring(white gold) was getting discolored-he gave me the price to replace the lost diamond and how the discoloration on the white gold can be corrected; he made me aware that white gold has to have maintenance to keep up the vibrant radiance. I thanked him and asked to clean my rings, he said yes and while he was getting the rings cleaned I told him about the importance of customer service and how long I had traveled to get that service.

I will Recommend customers to got to Costco they have a nice selections and no false advertisement this place will Definitely swith and bait buyers You have been Warned RUN AWAY from this place you would be better off going to Zales Outlet Rite infront of them At least they were Transparent even though i dint buy from them but they were straight forward with me.
