This place should be highly considered if you are looking for perfection in customer service. I am in the navy and my wife is not with me, so I am not able to be with her when she needs to get her ring serviced. But we have had soooo many problems with the Douglasville store and the store that I originally purchased the ring. But this store was the one store I wish I would have done all my business with Zales through at the very start. Miss Holly was so professional and understanding of the situation that we were going through and she was able to do things that the other stores were just not trying to do for us, and that is so highly appreciated in my books, especially when I am not there to be present with my wife. Read moreI went to the Zales store to get my bracelet fixed. There were two associates at the counter, Eli and Alyssa. Alyssa was friendly and kind and asked how could she help. Eli went over to the computer and asked for my phone number to access my account. I provided my number and he verified my name which I confirmed my identity. Something happened that caused him to request my number a second time. I immediately gave it to him. A few minutes went by and he again asked for my number that I just gave him two times prior. I expressed frustration because I provided my number to him twice. At that time Eli was rude and said, “dude I’m trying to help you.” He could have simply apologized and written down my number. I ordered a gift for my daughter and had it shipped to store for pick up. I live in Arkansas and she was to pick it up there. I called saying she would pick it up and she can had all the information she needed to pick up and they refused to let her pick it up. I was even on a video call with my daughter in the store and they still refused. Insisted I needed to be there to pick up the item. I have never had such horrible customer service in my life. Zales really should work on their customer service skills. I will never shop with them ever again or with any other Signet Jewelers’ store if I can help it.
