El Super Latin Groceries — Attraction in Dover

Don’t not trust them with UHAL! My husband booked a UHAL a month in advance with a guaranteed reservation and when we pulled up we watched a man from the house behind the store quickly get into the truck as fast as he could . Apon walking in the store the lady told us it was first come first serve . We explained we had a email that said it was ready to pick up and was guaranteed. She said we would have to get a truck some place else because it is first come first serve . This is extremely unprofessional and not becoming of the UHAL brand . I reserved a 15 ft truck over a month in advance they overbooked gave my reservation to the other person with no notice, because it somehow became first come first serve. I had to drive to another location to get another reservation, pay almost $200 instead of $160, not have a dolly/moving blankets, now I have to drive further to return the truck than previously with obviously increase cost of time and fuel overall an unpleasant and unprofessional experience...

I loved this store! They had a very wide selection of everything to choose from including fresh baked goods, so many different beverages, and also candies and snacks!
