I don’t recommend for balayage/ombre hair.

Honestly one of my worst experiences at the hair dresser. It started well, however, I will not name a name, but the lady was very attentive to what I wanted. I had to tell him a dozen times that I wanted a caramel/honey hair shade (no streaks), and gradient without demarcation. I also ask her if I need to cut my ends she tells me no.

Subsequently, I found myself with gray / white hair, big demarcation (no naturel) and my hair was extremely damaged. And besides, not happy because she says that now we have to cut the ends.

I told her that unfortunately it is not possible and especially that it is not what I asked her. She insisted that with curls it would be beautiful. I saw that he didn't like it, so I was taken over to darken it a bit and leave a few strands.

She pulled my hair a lot in the tub to wash my hair and put extremely cold water on all the time. Then, she dries my hair and I see my very white black and blond hair, and streaks! things I really didn't want!

I apologized, and said again that I couldn't go home like that. She clearly showed me her displeasure. We covered the black and some blond highlights, and there I felt that I could finally get out of this hairdresser, even if it was not what I had asked for, I had agreed to say goodbye to honey/caramel . She put the blame on me to the director, saying that I expressed myself badly but we was agree on everything.

Even worse ! She burned me with her curler, and I got a remark that I was moving and it was my fault. Now i have a huge burn on my forehead and i don't know how long it will take to go away.

I also got a "you're pickie" remark at the end of it all. So, I leave with a color that I don't like at all, that I didn’t ask for, and after all that, I get charged $156.

The manager gave me a 15% discount. But I vdidn't deserve to pay for something I never asked for and miss out.

I’ve searched all around for a Florida hairstylist since moving in 2021. I came across this Salon a few months after moving here and read up on the reviews so I figured I’d give them a shot. My hair is super long, blonde, & thick. It takes a lot of patience to work with my hair. Thankfully my first appointment was set up with Savi back in 2021 and she’s been nothing but wonderful. She’s so experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, communicative & accommodating. I’ve been coming to her since and I refuse to let anyone else do my hair besides her. I absolutely love her and this Salon. The Salon is a great up beat place. Everyone who works here has always been welcoming and went above and beyond to meet my needs (There was a time I needed to schedule an appointment and Savi was off work that particular day but they managed to get ahold of her and call me back). 10/10 recommend this salon for anything needed. - They also have someone who specializes in eye brows and of course they have specialists who do men hair cuts. I needed a very last minute blowout with curls for a wedding. My normal stylist was booked and I figured this was easy enough so I booked this place for convenience (close by) and based on reviews.

Didier (Didi) did my hair & I could tell he had no interest in doing so. I called in advance before coming in, he picked up and said there was no availability. I was calling many salons in the area and honestly forgot I had already called this place and accidentally called again but didn’t know it at the time. When I tell you I have NEVER had someone be SO rough with a hair wash in my life. I felt like I lost so much hair because the aggressive manner in the way he washed my hair was awful.
