I purchased an oversized floor mirror from here. prior to purchasing, I noticed a visible blemish that needed to be fixed, and asked for a discount. the staff member said that wouldn't be possible because it wasn't that bad. when I arrived home, I noticed the whole left side of the mirror was lifting off of the frame. it was held down by the paper wrapped around the mirror, but as soon as I took it off, there it was. I laughed. Now, I do agree with the staff. The blemish I mentioned earlier was minor compared to this one. nonetheless, I should have been given the discount because the mirror wasn't in perfect condition, which is what one would expect when purchasing a new item. I didn't press the issue, but after seeing the entire mirror lifting off the frame, it confirmed my belief that the discount was not too big of an ask. the store is nice though, solid home decor options, comparable to home goods. seems they have slightly more large furniture options (chair, benches, ottomans)...
Read moreI like coming to this location. Even if just to browse there is always something here. Just as in the other family of stores(Maxx/Homegoods/Marshalls/BCF) if you see something it's better to pay for it & put on hold than comeback & hope it's there. As far as pricing I would say most times cheaper than Overstock/Wayfair depending on bigger ticket items. Keep in mind the plus side is you get to feel & try out furniture for size & texture. Downside-dont use the delivery service they offer. It is way overpriced. If you don't have an suv/van it will be cheaper to rent a rent a uhaul or homedepot vehicle-heck maybe even a car rental for 24 hrs. When I say overpriced I mean like the company charges the same price as the furniture to deliver. Defeats the purpose. This location has a good selection of kitchen items & chairs, accent/decor pieces, & mirrors. Could use some help in the lamps section though. Employees are welcoming & nice. Lines aren't ever really long. & store is organized &...
Read moreI had a very poor checkout experience last Thursday night. While trying to purchase a few small items for my new home I was berated with questions by a taller white male with some gray hair about signing up for a credit card. I was then berated again at the register about a credit card that I did not need or want. I even heard an overhead announcement shortly after, it was too much. It seemed very unethical in my opinion to push a credit card on someone for a purchase less than $200. Overall the store was very clean with multiple nice displays. Most of the staff was very friendly. I would love to shop here more in the future but if I have to hear one more thing about a reward or credit card I'm...
