Jamiesons' Audio/Video — Attraction in Sylvania

Visited them for the first time last evening and worked with Kevin to get several new home stereo components.

The store is extremely clean and well organized, and it is a very nice place to spend some time in (tons of high-end systems on display). Others have already uploaded several great pictures of their showrooms.

Kevin was extremely helpful with answering questions I had, and I quickly gained complete confidence in his knowledge on all things audio. Along with that, I sensed zero upsell pressure. One does not experience this level of service/expertise on the regular, and it was very refreshing. Usually, I know exactly what I am about to buy, but in this situation I did not, and a person like Kevin is exactly what you need in that sort of situation where you need something particular and you need it asap. Everything I needed was in stock and loaded into my vehicle for me without even having to ask.

While I don't expect to need any further equipment anytime soon, I know this place would be a treat to visit again and spend more time in. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-end...

I purchased a 15” Klipsch subwoofer from them a couple years ago. It stopped working and I brought it in to see if I might be doing something wrong. They ran some tests and determined something was wrong with the speaker. The owner of the company came out and said he had a very good relationship with Klipsch and would take care of it for me. They kept in good contact with me on the status of the repair and fixed it as good as new. I know you can order things online and even find some of the products they sell in box stores, however you will not get the level of treatment I received at Jamieson’s. The price I paid for the speaker was the same price I could have ordered it online, but I never knew I was going to get the support and professionalism for no additional charge. Service was everything in this situation. If I had purchased it online, I would have a nearly 70 lb broken speaker and not a clue of what to do or how to fix it. I'd give them 10 stars if Google reviews allowed me as much. I dealt with Dan Moses who was the consummate professional. I've never met a sales consultant who knows more about their area of expertise than Dan with A/V. He guided me through the buying process effortlessly from start to finish and is there to answer my post purchase questions as well. He patiently took me through a whole bunch of listening options. I would most most definitely buy from Jamieson's again- NO QUESTION. I feel like I got very good value for the money, and it was more than worth the drive from SE MI to Toledo.
