I went into the store on Sunday Oct. 1 @ approx 1:30 pm . The purpose of my visit was to return an item I purchased online . I already filled out the necessary info on line for a return and had a email with instructions for return . I went to the customer service counter for returns and orders and was waited on by a middle age man with straggly salt and pepper hair and long beard . When I showed him the email about the return he proceeded to tell me he couldn’t and wouldn’t help me . He told me I needed to print off a label myself and drop package off to another location .What location he never clarified . I told him I didn’t have a printer . He said because I started the return online he couldn’t help me . I asked him to look up the order using the credit card I used . He said smugly “ I don’t have your credit card number . I proceeded to whip out my credit card . He ran the card and found the order in his system and proceeded to process the return . If this employee did his job and understood the words “Customer Service “ I would have had a much better experience .Where did Target find this person ? What happened to “ going above and beyond “ . If this employee did not want to do his job he should have stayed home . Is this a example of “too little training “ or just indifference. I will not go to that Target location again . You just lost...

This Target has a large selection of adult clothes, baby items and clothes, children's clothes, shoes, cleaning products, personal products including makeup, shampoos etc., large selection of toys with many sales, large selection of movies with many sales, small selection of video games and electronics but basic things people usually need, large bedding section, home section, kitchen section, a good amount of dry food and candy isles, one small pop isle, wines and coffees, juice isle but just a "very" small section of frozen foods. There is a $1, $3 section when you walk in the store across from the snack bar restaurant. Many holiday items, children's items in this section. Sometimes people run in just for this section instead of Dollar Tree. Also this store has a "Target Cartwheel" app for your phone where you can save BIG discounts on all products. Some extra sales you need this app, but even if you so not it cannot Target is a pretty decently priced store. Another good thing is that there are MANY natural, organic, and cruelty free non food AND food items. Example cleaning products, personal items such as laundry soap, baby items, shampoos and the like, facial products and cruelty free makeup and organic and natural dry food section growing. This is one of my favorite store and can buy many things I need every month...
