Jet Fresh Flower Distributors Inc. — Attraction in Doral

I’ve been purchasing from Jetfresh a lil over 4 years now. Before I had different flower providers, until I decided to give them a chance because i wanted to consolidate all my favorite products into one single distributor. Now, this is just one of the many amazing things about working with them. Let’s start with my favorite person and sales associate within the company Olga, Im all about hospitality, and she was the first reason I was drawn into the company, she is an experienced floral designer who understands the product and color and textures, and that helps me a lot when it comes to making my events floral order, not only that, she knows exactly my favorite flowers to work with and I’m thankful for that because it makes it so much easier. Olga, is always helpful even very last minute when I drive her crazy with last minute client orders specially during the holidays. She is always willing to help and my orders are always exactly what I request. Let’s talk about the entire Jetfresh staff, they are juts trained so well and the exude hospitality in every sense of the word, From good mornings to I’ll take the boxes to your car or even a coffee shot pick me up, that makes a big difference for me, and who i make business with because I treat my clients with the same respect and motto. I am an experienced designer of 15 years and I’m so thankful I found Jetfresh because it simply makes everything run so smooth with product variety, availability, hospitality and pricing. I'm very disappointed in this experience. I understand that this company is for VENDORS, however a few weeks back I went looking for flowers, willing to spend well over $1,000 in flowers, for an event I was planning and was allowed to the back of the warehouse to self pick flowers. They were honestly beautiful flowers, and I was excited to purchase them. I was told that because I was not a vendor I could walk in the day of my event, purchase what they had in stock, but I could not place a purchase order. I agreed, and was willing to return the week of my event to purchase the flowers. When I returned to purchase the flowers, they refused to let me in stating that because it was near mother's day when I first visited they had made an exception around this holiday; but they never communicated this to me on my first visit. Now I'm scrambling to find beautiful flowers that are not going to wilt in seconds. I generally do not leave a negative review, but I believe that these things should be communicated to consumers more clearly so as not to waste others time and effort. I was also referred to a flower shop they sell to, visited that store with high hopes, and found that their flowers were extremely wilted, some to the point of being completely brown. Horrible management it was only my second day as a warehouse worker and since it was my second day I was still trying to figure out the basics of my job position since I wasn’t trained properly or told things . I was informed by the manager that I was being sent home but i was to come back to work on Thursday later in the day I was informed by an agency that they made me get hired by that I was fired with no reason and that I couldn’t show up to the store for any reason. I just wish they would’ve been honest with me it makes me think how they could possibly be lying to their customers as well about they’re product it’s also an abusive job that dosent allow you to take a lunch break until the manager seems fit for your lunch break to be available you would work 5 to 7 hours with out being able to go and eat even if your starving. If your thinking of showing that something is hurting in your body don’t bother I was limping in front of the manager and he decided to tell me to carry more boxes since it makes me walk less even tho the boxes were right next to a pallet that I was building but the reason I was in pain is because I was carrying so many boxes at once that I stepped wrong and got a sharp pain in my heel causing me to...
