I bought a ring and love the ring on yesterday and the person who sold be the ring entered in the wrong SKU number and charge me for the wrong ring. I left the store and received an email receipt for a royal Asher ring but I wanted the Neil lane and left with the Neil lane ring. After I realized a mistake I bought the ring back out of concern that the Representative, who sold me made a mistake the representative took the ring back and said that I would have to give her 327.29 but I didn’t make the mistake, and she took my trade In I’m so disappointed. I should have left and never return, because she rang up the order Wong I just did want any trouble. Do not buy from this place if you are paying cash. First of all I made a purchase for a necklace and earing set for my grandmother and payed using part cash and part card. Come to find out she didn't like the set so when I go to return it to the store the manager insisted that she could reimburse my card for part of what I payed but didn't have the cash part of it to give back to me but could either mail me a check for the difference or I could come back a different day. After 45 minutes she decided to open the register and give my the cash part back. She then had me sign a return receipt at which she didn't even give me a copy of but took a photo of and texted it to me. When I got it on my phone it was cut off at the top. I did escalate it and have filed a complaint...

The people were nice but pushy. My husband and I went in to just look at wedding rings to update his because we didn't have the money at the time, but by the time we walked out, they had managed to push us into special-ordering a ring for him and in order to do so, they said they would have to run my credit. Here I just thought this was for a credit approval to verify I could afford the $200 ring (ridiculous, anybody could put that on a credit card). As it turns out, they issued me a Kay Jewlers credit card without even telling me. I couldn't believe it, 10 days later, a card showed up in the mail and they had never told me that I'd be issued a credit card. I will never shop...
