Kids Empire is exactly what we needed in this town. It’s nice to finally have a play place for smaller kids to climb and play verses trampoline places. My 3 and 8 year old have been twice in a week of finding out about it. Upon walking in the doors the staff are waiting to get you checked in and helping you out with the layout. We were there for 3 hours our last visit and I seen the bathrooms cleaned and mopped twice, going around with a duster cleaning all the netting and colorful foam padding on the okay structure. Very very clean and up kept. My 3 year old was playing alone while I was with my son playing soccer in the ball area. An employee named Tee went up and started playing with my toddler and was absolutely adorable with her and both full of smiles and play. At the end of our visit Tee even told her bye and called her by her name talking to her. Marianna was the one to check us in and helping at the counter. She always had a smile and was welcoming. She made sure to grab our shoe baskets before we put them away so she could clean them. No matter where she was in the facility she always had her eye on the entrance door and letting people in and out as needed and never seen any one waiting. It was a Friday evening and pretty busy. She was very informative and a great face to see upon entering the doors to leaving. All the staff seems happy and ready to assist and maintaining the entire play area and facility. Two visits in and we can’t wait to return again. Thanks Kids Empire for bringing such a fun kid area to Bradenton. Loved that my 3 year old could get around by herself as she’s very independent and it was friendly enough for her. It was also very fun for my 8 year old who ran laps the...

I visited this indoor playground with my two young children, only to find out at the front desk that they do not accept cash or American Express. This information was not listed on their website, which caused unnecessary stress during what should’ve been a fun outing.
When I explained that I only had cash and AmEx, the front desk employee made no effort to offer a solution. Instead, she looked into my purse and commented on a Mastercard she thought she saw — which was both invasive and unhelpful, especially since that card wasn’t working.
When I asked if I needed to take my children back home because they couldn’t accept my valid forms of payment, she simply apologized and said there was nothing she could do. Thankfully, another parent kindly helped me cover the cost, or we would’ve had to leave.
This experience felt both unwelcoming and unnecessarily rigid. I believe a family-oriented business should strive for better communication and customer service — and at the very least, clearly state their payment...
Read moreFrom a kids perspective. This place is a lot of fun. I just dont understand nor agree with the whole even adults who are just sitting and watching have to wear socks. I saw sooo many adults and kids wearing shoes. And NO these were not employees. And the socks they require are actually a safety issue since the floor is slippery with socks. There reasoning for he floor needing to be clean for the babies crawling around is absurd. If a baby is crawling around the tables then the parents have issues. There was also food on the floor. No baby should crawling around these floors around the tables, it is so crowded with tables it is not safe. THAT SHOULD MORE THE CONCERN THAN SHOES ON THE FLOOR. Also saw several children who were obviously too big for the baby area but there they were playing in that section. My grandson was specifically told to not play in that area but that did not stop some kids.
Update: After we left, my grandsons socks were absolutely gross. And I know it was from there because he was wearing brand new sneakers and did not take them off until...
