I recently visited the Hobby Lobby in Lawrenceville Georgia; Oh my; the reception that I received was beyond excellence. I was warmly greeted and was offered help several times throughout my patronage, not the the kind that bothers a shopper but the kind that "humbles" you, as the employees were just extremely courteous, polite and showed tremendous respect for my visit. I truly enjoyed my shopping experience. The store was very clean, bright and all products were so well displayed that I almost didn't want to touch them and that's a very good thing. To all Hobby Lobby employees and stakeholders, I am beyond proud of the quality of service that I received from the associates. I do not recall a time that I left without the product that I went in for.I have to put this right behind the excellent and friendly emoyees but ANYONE...thst is need of the handicap cart...get ready...these are the fastest little things on wheels inside a store..lol. Next time u go to a grocery store you will be looking for that little govern that makes it so slow!!!! OHHH...spring around the corner!! Let me tell you...they have such good prices and inventory in the garden selection that you will just want to keep...
Read moreWhat can I say? It's Home depot!!! The attendances aren't as eager to assist as back in the day say 15 years ago. I worked there as a kitchen designer, IMA and dept head 20 years ago. The service and knowledge is certainly better than Lowe's but I do miss the old home depot ways. Can we bring that back? Sales would rise at least 20% with associated items added. I've proven it time and time again. Not every customer thinks or knows what else is needed for their projects. Lastly, can we put carry baskets rather than buckets around the store?
