I have been coming to Citrus Park Mall for YEARS, and for a while, just assumed it was dying because outside of Chic-Fil-A and Sarku Japan, their food court is always empty and many stores throughout closed. Imagine my pleasant surprise when all I had to do was slow my walk and discover a great hole in the wall like LW Massage! Years ago I went from a very sedentary lifestyle to a more active one, working out 4 times a week. As a part of my recovery, I go here with friend and just try a half hour massage. Practically fell asleep, in a relaxed way, and had such a great time, I came back. Again, and again, now I'm maybe 2 and a half years or so of coming here as often as I can make it out, and EVERY time, I get a great massage. The two owners Lucy and James are both super sweet. Reading other reviews, and having BEEN on the table and hearing the discussions about "how much time?", it's honestly all just misunderstanding. Example: literally yesterday I go with friend. There's a lady working with James, and Lucy is able to take me, I ask for an hour massage. During me getting work done, I hear a lady come in and ask how much time, and Lucy says an hour. Someone else comes, hears 45 minutes, and acutally just laughs and says "I dont have time". Like, what? THOSE are the type of people leaving 1 star reviews, complaining about time. Ignore those, despite the fact they maybe could use a board or a receptionist to help accommodate, but EVERY time I go there for a massage, it's been 15-20 minute wait? And for the people about tips? Their prices are $1/minute, which when I shop around is way lower than others, despite being in a mall which no doubt increases the lease or rent. From first trip to every trip, both Lucy and James have been kind to me, and while I tip well, I always feel it's worth the service received. I thought about trying Massage Envy or Hand and Stone, but those are practically subscription based places, and their rate is way more than $1/minute, so while I may try a one visit with them, I'm perfectly happy contining to support LW Massage. Absolutely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I have been coming here for over a year. We are about 45 min north. I have always had psoriasis in my legs, ALWAYS, for years and treat myself with my dermatologist. Itās an elderly couple who give the massage and the woman is the one that usually massages me. For the first time ever as I am signing in this evening, the man calls to the woman to give me a massage and she comes out from the back of the store. She looks at my legs in disgust and tells me āno massageā. I explain that she has given me massage before and that itās psoriasis, not contagious and I didnāt even want massage in my legs just my shoulders and upper back. The massage is over the clothes so they arenāt even touching skin to skin. The man was shaking his head for āyes massageā to her. She asked me if I had it on my back and I told her No that I can show her. She kept looking at me so I just said āforget itā. My husband was also going to have a massage and he said if I couldnāt get service he wasnāt either. I have never been discriminated because of my psoriasis and I get full body massages at high-end spas. Again, my psoriasis is from my knees down and the only reason she noticed was because I was wearing a dress. Because of this discrimination, I will not be coming here ever again and will let anyone that I have told about this massage place to not come here. This also tells you this masseuse has not studied the skin. Very...

Update, first off that was my wife, not a girlfriend... Second the two employees who were there didn't say anything to us about what you responded with. The gave me a nod that told me they'd hold us a spot as I promised we'd be back and we walked into Dicks Sporting Goods to kill the time. At no point was anything communicated to us as you are saying. I'm not coming down on the staff for not speaking English. ZenXing massage was for years my favorite massage place. They were your competitors. I'd even answer the phone and take negative calls for them because they didn't speak English well. Sometimes they'd be confused as to what was going on. They always made up my time for when I was on the phone for them and they'd always hold my spot for when I'd come back. I'd stop in every Christmas to give them a tip just for being who they were. I loved those employees and I wish they didn't ever close. I went there two times a week. I'm sorry for expecting the same experience from your store. Things change and I guess I'll never find out where they went. But your store is nothing like they were and it still upsets me to this day. I stand by my review. And don't ever talk about things that never happened and try to make a review look poor. It's what happened,...
