If you want terrible customer service and to try out what is life working there by always having to ring your own cart out, then you may love it here. What's the point in paying people to watch you ring up your own stuff? I asked for help with my cart because I have cancer and can't do a lot with getting very winded and sick and they refused. I explained my situation and they said they had no one to help with that. I pointed out the circle of managers just chatting in the clothing area and they ignored me and said no. I said I'm severely immunicomprimised and very weak and cannot ring my whole cart and they did nothing but tell me I would be asked to leave if I continued to "make a scene". I just watched them ring up a cart for an elderly woman and I really needed help. Everything i come here it's the same way. Long lines of irritated customers and no cashiers. It's beyond ridiculous and I will not ever go to another Target. This has happened to me here twice and both times I ended up leaving a full cart of good because I just can't ring it all up myself. Just because I don't LOOK like I'm on deaths door doesn't mean I'm ok and when j request assistance I would expect a bit of respect and understanding. Not all cancer patients walk around bald and with no makeup. Very disappointed in this location but to be fair the other location are just as bad with the...
Read moreI visit this shopping center more than any other in the area because it literally has all my favorite stores in one place. Target, Best Buy, Carter's, ULTA, Home Goods, Nordstrom Rack.. outside of going to Mall of Georgia this is normally where I shop because it feels like it was made for me! For my last two birthdays I found my favorite items here. Amazing thigh high pewter leather boots by Donald Pliner for my birthday trip to Paris with a few other key clothing items from Nordstrom Rack in 2018.. then last year found the perfect dress at TJ Maxx and walked down to Nordstrom Rack for my jewelry. This shopping center provides one-stop shopping on another level because I get the chance for fresh air and a fun stroll from store to store in an area that's always clean and tidy. Thank you for being a great staple...
Read moreMy husband and I truly enjoyed shopping today at a variety of stores here, however, my husband’s jacket was torn on a broken handrail pipe outside, between TJ Maxx and Rackroom. I just bought this winter coat for him- this totally ruined our day. My bigger concern is, what if we had our grandson with us? If he was forced to walk along the rail on the sidewalk like we were, due to the number of holiday shoppers, he would have had a serious injury to his head on that rusted broken pipe. The owners of this shopping plaza need to fix that hazard, and if they are in the holiday spirit, maybe purchase a mending kit for a puffer jacket, so I can mend it myself, or replace my husband’s jacket. 🥴. That would be a very...
