This place was amazing 😍! First of all it was super clean. Especially the bathrooms! It was so refreshing to see and experience because honestly this is not common place as it should be ESPECIALLY any big fun center or place you take lots of children..usually it's the exact opposite. Next when we came in and stood in line we were greeted by the most professional nicest guy that worked there. I think he said his name was Jamal but he was great and working the middle line where you buy your passes. All employees I seen were literally watching all the kids they could, super on it, actually enforcing rules, and it was awesome to see. They weren't rude, bratty, annoyed with the parents or the kids, my God it was overwhelming there was so many people and honestly a lot of kids breaking rules and being crazy but the employees remained so professional and on top of things. Next I do not know his name and wish I did. But there in there area where you do.the Zipline and the obstacle course was a guy that awesome! He was at the top of the obstacle course and my daughter got stuck and I was worried cause she needed help and was not listening to my instructions and too.scared to go forward. This man came out of no where and totally had her hold on to his harness and walked backwards and walked her my 11 year like a baby to where she felt comfortable,.then turned around and did it to my nephew. Now my nephew was awesome and got a little to big for his britches and started going crazy and then fell hard on his harness which made him panic and when he did he started undoing the shoulder straps to his harness somehow which would of been a very very serious injury if he had fallen. I was underneath him yelling telling him to stand he's panicking trying to rip it off here comes this guy again. He picks him up and helps him .he did not at first because my nephew was facing a different way realize about his harness but I got his attention he ran right up to.him and tightened it back up. Afterwards my nephew was so shook up all that confidence and running around was now out the window and he was tangling around people, shaking when he walked, basically having a panic attack and proceeded to fall multiple times and the guy was right there untangling him, picking him up, getting him from one side to another. I had been telling my nephew to come down and i finally started yelling to the guy please id like him off and he escorted him throughout the course for me. He was so wonderful I didn't get to them him or his name I did tell the girl at the bottom to thank me and that I was sorry for my nephew I'm sure that was frustrating as can be but he remained calm and professional. I can't say enough good things about our experience tonight. Thank you for making my son's birthday wonderful/magical tonight! ❤️ Please don't go to crap like every other place cause you guys rock

Dangerous, negligent, and dismissive, do not bring your kids here. On June 9th around 6:00 PM, I brought both of my children to Urban Air. While one of them was playing the virtual reality (VR) game, she ran face-first into a metal rail and cracked her front tooth. The game is supposed to cover the player’s eyes and show a warning if an obstacle is ahead so they stop moving. But due to a system failure that day, the warning never appeared, and my child unknowingly ran straight into the railing. When I asked staff to open the VR area, no one responded urgently. I had to demand an incident report, and I also filed a report with nearby police. The manager assured me I could come back the next day to receive the accident report. Instead, I got a call saying that management would not release the report unless I took legal action. Even worse, they refused to provide surveillance footage, though they admitted seeing the full incident on camera. One of my children had even fallen multiple times during the same VR session, which should’ve been a clear red flag that something was wrong with the system. If staff were properly trained and paying attention, they could have prevented the accident before it happened. This was not a random accident it was pure negligence. The VR equipment was faulty, the metal rails were poorly padded, the safety systems failed, and the staff were inattentive. Management was unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to take any responsibility. We had to use dental insurance and still pay $1,200 out of pocket to fix my child’s tooth. I reached out to several lawyers, but the legal fees are so high that it’s not worth pursuing which Urban Air clearly relies on to avoid being held accountable. We will never return, and I strongly urge other parents to keep your children away. This place is not safe, and if something goes wrong, they’ll leave you to deal with it alone.

Trampoline parks are me and my son's thing. So we have fun anytime we goto one. This place is awesome with all the activities you can do. It's got everything you can ask for to keep you or your little one entertained. My son tackled the above ground obstacle course and he did an amazing job, I got up there myself and was pretty nervous but we cheered each other on while my wife watched from below cheering us on. The whole building is dedicated to jump and swing parkour type equipment to let the kids burn off that energy. The bumper car section is an awesome touch even though 3 of the ones that throw the kids into a spinning cycle of terror wasn't not operating at the time of the visit. All in all the place is great! The arcade section is amazing too with big screens playing cartoons and whatever else. The issues that we faced was at the attraction gates. The people working there were on their phones every second they could be and were generally not social towards the children getting harnesses up or getting on the rides. This was not the case for all but for a good majority this was. The employees had no emotion to them when greeted with a child wanting to get harnesses up or wanted to get on the ride and that cause discouragement with my son as most of them looked very unfriendly and unapproachable. The food court employees the same, the food was sub par nothing to write home about but the costumer service was lack thereof. The employees seemed like they were not interested in being there and they had an "issue" serving guests. This could have been a bad day on their part or something going on with the management style there but that is a sure was to not have a successful business. Not saying that we wouldn't visit again but only if there were no other options available.

We had a party yesterday for our daughter and paid for the top table package to get the best they could offer.. Sorry to say their best simply wasn't good enough.. certainly not for the cost!! In the end we spent $700 and are disappointed with the value we got for that money.. It would honestly have been cheaper to just buy platinum tickets for everyone and add on food and drinks. Basically we paid a lot for a table for what should have been a hosted event. Issues:

  1. we had to do everything ourselves. - where was the host The host was seldom seen, did not inform us of anything, only really showed up to drop off the socks and wristbands, then juice, then pizza.. we started serving food ourselves 1.5 hours into the 2 hour reservation, and she showed up to cut the cake after we took care of everything else.
  2. you basically get nothing for the party. you are told they provide essentials and decoration at the table.. there was a paltry dry erase board with our daughters name ... and a table runner.. that was it with cups and plates. pitiful. There wasn't adequate organization to even adequately point guests to where they should go to sign in for the parties when they arrive
  3. poor monitoring in play areas.. two of our guests were hurt when kids got carried away throwing balls at the ball pit. I went to find staff at the ball pit to correct the situation.. none there. I went to the manager at the front and he looked into it. Later staff did show up.. After I already went and told kids to stop what they were doing as there were smaller kids around. Generally the staff at the floor play areas (excluding climb, laser tag, bumper cars and rope areas) were very lacking.
  4. members of other locations get nothing we are members at the Snellville location and that literally meant nothing. I didn't think so much about it until we realize that we got so little value for the money. The franchises should give members from other locations at least a pizza or something.. we are still within the ecosystem which should be considered.

I can go on but I think it's enough to say that though the kids generally seemed to have a good time, the party was poorly hosted, the location was not well managed, the whole event could have been better and there could have been much better explanation and coordination during the party. We will never host a party here again, and probably drop our of Urban Air altogether once our membership contract ends. For the money spent, it simply wasn't worth it.

I see some similar comments in reviews here.. Wish we had taken that more seriously before...

I took 2 of my kids and 2 of their friends so total 4 kids on 8/10 Saturday. Shortly after I entered I received a phone call from my kids' friends' mom saying they have promotions online. I had purchases 4 platinum tickets for $38.49 each while on their website they had special price of $23.09. So basically I paid over 60 dollars more. Naturally I went to the front counter and asked for cancelation, so I can purchase the tickets online again. They said they can't. So I asked if I can get store credit for next visit for the difference, and once again the answer was no. I was told the owner told them "absolutely no refund". Here are why I have problem with their response for my request. 1) I didn't go back next day or came back after we left. It was while we were there on the same date. 2) NO WHERE on their website it says this is ONLINE ONLY promotion 3) This deal was supposed to be a "customer appreciation" deal for ANY CUSTOMER. 4) This promotion which lasts till 8/21 (according to their website) is actually cheaper than their Ultimate attractions ($29.99) and only 1 cent more than their Deluxe (which is their basic $22.99) attraction - I wonder how many walk in clients like me got ripped off until now and continued to be ripped off 5) They should have displayed about this promotion ON SITE ALSO SINCE THIS WAS NOT ADVERTISED ON SITE AS ONLINE ONLY PROMOTION 6) I submitted a complaint using their online form in 8/10 and no one has responded from the store til today 7) On 8/12 I submitted another complaint on Urbam Air main website but the email response that I got from the corporate was they were independently owned. 8) today before creating this review, I tried to communicate for the last time using their chat on the website and only response that I got from it was that they were independently owned and I need to contact the location directly. I want to make sure that no one is taking advantage of this "deal" by just walking in. Oh also one of the boy got hurt so I asked for the bandage and they didn't have any in the "first aid kit". Soaps were out in the woman's bathroom entire time we were there. It was way too crowded which made me wonder if it didn't exceed the limit. Next time I will find somewhere else to...
