I want to leave a very special review for the staff here @ home 2 suites. I travel A LOT for work and i've stayed in countless hotels; the service i've recieved at this location however is above and beyond any hotel i've stayed in. Angela at the front desk was very warm and welcoming and even showed me a room before I booked...very attentive to your needs and made you feel like you were the only guest here and the same can be said for Troy the director.

All of the rooms I saw were very clean, very large and very well kept; I was leary initially about being on the first floor but honestly I didn't hear a peep from any neighbors so the walls are clearly insulated well if anybody is even making noise.

I had a small internet issue mainly due to my lack of knowledge but Mike the onsight technician and Troy the director were extremely persistent and knowlegeable to get the issue resolved and did it very fast at that.

I got there a bit late in the evening and Eddy at the front desk was also extremely helpful even arranging a different room for me while we were still troubleshooting the internet.

All this while handling a bunch of other customer, being away from their families and the Christmas holiday right around the corner goes to show you that there are still a lot of amazing people left in the world and they GOT IT RIGHT with this team.

If I ever need a place to stay in the area.... this will be my home 2 suite!

I am from Australia and recently stayed at the Beaufort Hilton Home Apartments for an extended period. As expected of a Hilton establishment, the hotel boasts high-quality amenities, including exceptional food and a swimming pool. I wish to highlight my experience with the personnel, particularly. I would like to extend my appreciation to Eddie, the hotel front desk manager, for assembling such an outstanding team. They are courteous, professional in their roles, and impeccably presented. The housekeeping team radiates warmth and friendliness, evidently taking pride in their work. Aury, Evis, and their colleagues maintain an exceptional standard. At reception, Michelle and Elizabeth stand out for their excellence, greeting guests with remarkable smiles—Michelle receives my personal winner for her beaming smile, closely followed by Elizabeth. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mike from the maintenance department, who has fond memories of his time in Australia and is a delightful person. My thanks go to everyone for creating a welcoming atmosphere; it truly felt like a second home, and my stay was thoroughly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel. On a lighter note, the hotel is pet friendly. However, queries about housing elephants and tigers were humorously rebuffed, citing practical issues with elevator size and guest safety. Unfortunately, I did not think to write down their names, my visit was 3/23 to 3/24: on 3/23 I had a chat with a tall Caucasian male with dark hair upon my arrival around 4'ish, and that evening after 9:00 pm I had a chat with a young slender African American female around 5'5" or 6", I am leaving details in hopes they can be identified by their managers. Both were friendly, eager to help, and had sincere smiles on their faces. The young lady saw that I was having problems using my app key to enter the building, once the doors opened, I proceeded to the elevator when I heard her call out to me. She asked if I was having problems with my phone key and immediately started working on generating a physical. I was shocked and impressed because I did not think anything of my incident with the doors, but she wanted to ensure that I was not inconvenienced during my stay. The morning of 3/24 around 8'ish, the breakfast attendant behind the counter, greeted me with a warm friendly smile as I approached the breakfast display, she explained my options and pointed out where certain items were located, and asked me to let her know if I needed anything, she was, maybe 50'ish, dark hair, and Caucasian.
