Myself, along with my sister, nephew, and 2 cousins went into Juicy Crab Buford on Sunday around 6:49 pm. A woman named Naomi was our server. She introduced herself, she was nice she was telling us about the drink specials and everything was okay, no attitude was given towards her from our table and she gave no attitude towards us. After bringing back refills for 2 sprites, my cousins noticed that the sprite was watered down so when Naomi came back to check on us my cousins politely let her know about the drinks and she said she would let the bartender know and we proceeded to eat our food. When the drinks came back out, a completely different waitress came out, I cannot remember her name but she was an Asian girl and she let us know that she is our new waitress. We all looked at each other wondering why we got a new waitress out of nowhere but just assumed Naomi had to leave early. We did ask the new server what happened and she said she wasn’t sure and that she’s just here to do her job. A few moments later we noticed that Naomi actually didn’t leave and was still serving the other tables in our section. We found that very odd because there were no issues between us and her so my sister asked her what happened and Naomi gave her a dirty look, rolled her eyes and walked off. At this point we feel very uncomfortable and no longer want to be in the restaurant so we asked the new server to bring our bill and to also get the manager. Carry came over and we explained the situation to her, she explained that Naomi’s mom called to let her know that her daughter is in the hospital and she had to leave early and that all the tables she had would be replaced by other servers, we said okay, paid our tab and left. My sister went back into the restaurant to use to restroom and on the way in she noticed that Naomi was still there working on the other side of the restaurant so she asked for the manager and a family that was at a table next to ours came over to my sister and said “it’s because you guys were rude to her that’s why she stopped serving your table” but my sister told them no that’s not true we had no issues with her at all and that the switch was very random and out of no where and that’s when the lady said well it’s because you’re black. My sister asked the manager if she can bring Naomi over to resolve whatever issue she had with our table and the manager proceeded to lie and say that Naomi left, when in fact she did not leave so my sister left. When my sister came back into the car, she explained to me what happened so I decided to just call the restaurant to get the owners information because at that point I’m highly upset, I felt like we spent $148.47 including $21.55 tip for absolutely no reason, we wanted to order drinks but felt so uncomfortable that we just said forget it. When I called, Laura answered the phone and I explained what happened to her and she let me know that we would need to email to speak with someone higher up because her and Carry are the only 2 manager at that location, and then ended it with a backhanded apology and said verbatim “I’m sorry yall had a bad experience with us but if someone isn’t comfortable with serving yall then it is what it is.” When she said that I politely asked her for her name, the other manager’s name, the severs name, the owners name and the email and I ended the call. I am highly upset, I’ve been to several juicy crab locations and NEVER have I experienced anything like this. We felt discriminated against, uncomfortable, and we were blatantly lied to multiple times for absolutely no reason. Horrible experience and terrible customer service from the server Naomi all the way down to both managers Laura and Carry. I never do anything like this but the way that your staff made us feel in an environment that we are paying money for was absolutely unacceptable. Read moreBy far one of the most bizzare and cringiest experiences. My family would come here all the time and LOVED it. However, it’s gone way down hill and management is lacking. THE SERVERS WERE CLEARLY DRUNK. There was a server named Nicole singing at the top of her lungs and clearly impaired. I love a good time but it was obnoxious, classless, and concerning. We said something to our server and her response was “oh we’re bored” as she served our wine in champagne glasses while laughing. Our server clearly went and told nicole that we had said something about her AWFUL singing drunk around the restaurant loudly. Nicole came out stating passive aggressive comments, walking passed our table and singing loudly with another guy making fun of the situation as if they didn’t have a job. She then yelled “turn it up sing with me” to the hostess. Which again we love a good time but this was truly concerning. She started staring at a menu making faces and sticking her tounge out. We decided to get up and leave because of how trashy the experience was which is a shame because we always loved this place. It’s not a restraint anymore. My mom let our server know that we were leaving and Nicole as well as the hostess sat at the bar and glared at my mom. I told them to get it together and we left. They did not deserve our dollars! This is a business? If your trying to get paid DO BETTER!!!!! Clearly people on staff were impaired and this will be reported to the better business bureau. We went to a different restaurant and the difference of service was baffling. That server at the other restaurant got a nice tip a d clearly cared about her job. This restaurant will now be our go too.
WE DONT WANT TO SEE PEOPLE GO OUT OF BUSINESS. However, if management is allowing this then this place needs to be shut down asap. The fact that you have people clearly drunk and the ones to address it our your customers who are walking out is telling. Management should have caught on...

This was the first time we've been faced with a bad taste in our mouth. Ordering was pleasant, they helped reiterate what we wanted. Connor had done a good job up until we had came to pick up our food.
Upon arriving there was no immediate staff to help give us our food except a young hard working girl trying to get somebody to check us out.
They all seemed tired and ready to go home (which we don't blame them) but it doesn't excuse forgetting to put an entire order in our to go bag. It isn't my responsibility as a patron to make sure everything is in our bag, it's there's. I was unfortunately still charged for the full order even though they were missing an item, when trying to call back after having noticed in hopes to get a return on the ordered item, I waited on call for 20+ minutes with no one answering the phone. I had waited until the restaurant closed.
I will be a regular patron still but decent customer service is all I ask for, and I'm very saddened that this happened as I don't tend to spend a lot of money at restaurants, this is one restaurant where I don't feel bad for spending a lot.
