The Honey Baked Ham Company offers fully cooked hams and turkeys, turkey breasts, sides, and desserts perfect for holidays meals.

This stores get very busy on thanksgiving/Christmas season and they’re always well prepared for it.

This year I hosted thanksgiving in my house so I decided to buy a fully cooked turkey. I signed up for their email club and got a coupon, after the coupon I ended up paying about $45 for a 9 lb turkey. It was huge and I think that was a great deal.

Days before the dinner I came back to buy some sides and they were even busier, I even had to wait in line. Unfortunately, the side dishes were not as good and worth it as everything else they have.

I bought a green bean casserole, and a mashed potatoes because I wasn’t sure if the homemade ones were enough. In the end no one liked the Honey Baked ones! Smh. Shouldn’t have wasted my money on that!

Anyways, would totally buy some ham, turkey, or any other meats from here. Even the desserts looks good.. just stay away from the side dishes!

I have been a customer of HBH in Buford since they opened. I have been a customer since moving to Atlanta in the mid 80’s of a few different stores. Bought a ham for Easter, couldn’t look at it, told new policy they cannot be opened prior to buying. Now I know why. This ham was a fatty mess. I was embarrassed and my guests were hungry. I wrapped it back up in the pretty foil and put it in the garbage. What is going on? Your quality control is horrible. I don’t want my money back, I certainly don’t want a store credit, just want to warn other customers of this scam you call a ham. Terrible experience. Prepaid for an order for Thanksgiving dinner , only to find out they had run out of Roasted Turkey Breast when I went to pick it up .. I heard other customers that were picking up their orders complain about the same thing .. all the employees said is that they could issue a refund... this is completely unacceptable, zero care for customers, they didn't even have the descensy to call customers ahead and let us know in advance so we could prepare and buy it somewhere else. How is it possible to run out of something that was pre ordered and prepaid ? I feel extremely upset , my 5 yr old was looking forward to having turkey for this holiday .....
