Hopefully if you’re thinking of having a party this review will give you some insight to what I wish I would’ve had. We have been here multiple times with no problems, so I thought having my children’s joint party here would be great. And that’s where I messed up. long post ahead
I made the online reservations 3 weeks in advance, and I never got a confirmation call for the date/food items, so I called the morning of (party was at 5pm) to make sure everything was taken care of. No big deal. Upon arrival nothing was ready for my kids. The other parties had hosts and a bin to keep presents and shoes in- so I asked the front desk where we should put the cakes, balloons, etc. they offered to put it in the back. After about 5-7 minutes we get our wrist bands and got our first guest wrist bands. Then they find a cart for our party room. I still haven’t met the “party host” so i No big deal. We put our shoes and items into the bin as instructed, and headed up to jump and wait for other guest. We then see some of our guest standing around at the entrance lost- without anyone explaining what to do/ what party they are here for/etc. So I see the confusion and explain what to do- and notice my kids shoes and socks on the floor without a cart, while I hold the new guests presents. After about 10 minutes and 4 other families that are guests show up and I’m bombarded with gifts- I ask where’s our cart to a random front desk worker. They can’t find it. Then that’s when the lady- who never introduced herself- except for when I asked who she was- that she was the owner, said she took the cart but nobody knew where it was or could find it. After 10 minutes- they find our stuff, without apology and with attitude. At this point I’m annoyed because I’ve missed 30-35 minutes of my children’s party because I’m doing the job of a non existent “party host” and employees, and lack of communication/organization. Eventually it’s time to go to our “room”. I finally meet our “host” inside the room who is unbelievably kind and apologetic- just to find out she was booked for multiple parties. You mean to tell me I pay for a “host” that I don’t meet until they bring pizza and explain the situation? I then tell her I’m sorry and that my frustration is not with her- it’s management.
Not one time were we apologized to. Not one time did management come to make the situation better. Not one time was the situation and miscommunication handed correctly. Not one time did I feel like my children’s birthday was important.
I’m highly, highly disappointed in the $300 we spent that was supposed to be a stress free birthday for my kids. Instead I spent the entire Jump time arguing with an “owner” and doing other people’s jobs because of poor management. Don’t book a party here... take your...
Read moreMy son wanted to go to Sky Zone for his birthday party, so we decided to give it a try. When we pulled into the parking lot, there was not a single parking spot in the whole lot. My husband dropped us at the door with the cake and circled the parking lot for 20 minutes until someone was leaving, and he was able to get their spot.
When we walked inside, I went to the front desk and let them know I was here for my son's birthday party. I was motioned to another desk that said party sign-in. There had to be 1000 people jumping, and I'm not sure if it was because there were so many people jumping or the heat was on full blast, but it was HOT in there.
When I went to the restroom, it was disgusting – toilet paper and trash all over the floor. There were spilled drinks and food all over the place. One of the big slides was closed, saying coming soon. The employee at that desk said to sign in under your party name, but my son's party name was not on the desk. She then made a sign-in list for his party, and I signed in my 2 children, and she gave them socks. We stood there for a minute waiting for instructions, but she walked away. Another employee walked by, and I asked them where we were supposed to go. They stated the party tables around the corner should have his name at one of them but didn't offer to walk us over and show us where. We walked around to the party tables, and none had my son's name, but one was empty, so we assumed that was our table.
Maybe 20 minutes into our party time, someone came over and wrote my son's name on the board in front of our table. If there had been a marker, I would have written it on there myself. As the kids came and signed in to jump, they were all getting really hot because of how warm it was in there, and they kept asking for water. I had to go and find an employee to ask for drinks multiple times. I also had to go and ask for our pizzas twice as well, and we never ended up getting any water, just the sodas we had preordered. After we got our food, I had to again go and find someone to get us some extra plates, napkins, and forks.
I'm not sure what I expected with the party, but I didn't expect to have to run myself wild getting things that were needed for the party. There were plenty of employees around that could have made a huge difference if they were placed in a location to help assist with the "table parties" instead of having 4-5 employees at the front desk. We did end up receiving a partial refund for our experience. I definitely do not recommend a party from Sky Zone. Save your money and go somewhere else. I'm glad my son had a great time despite the heat and lack of assistance, but we will definitely...

The staff at Sky Zone Buford deserves a round of applause for their exceptional service. They were not only friendly and accommodating but also demonstrated genuine enthusiasm for ensuring every guest had a fantastic time. The attention to detail from the planning stage to execution was impeccable, making our experience stress-free and enjoyable.
The highlight of the day was the incredible array of trampoline activities that left both kids and adults grinning from ear to ear. The main court offered a vast expanse of interconnected trampolines, allowing the little ones to bounce, flip, and soar to their hearts' content. The sheer joy on their faces was priceless as they experienced the thrill of weightlessness in a safe and controlled environment.
Sky Zone's attractions went beyond the standard trampoline setup. The foam pit was a hit, offering a soft landing for daring flips and tricks. The dodgeball court added a competitive edge to the festivities, turning friendly matches into epic showdowns that had everyone laughing and cheering. The kids were entertained for hours, and the variety of activities ensured that there was never a dull moment.
