As a relatively new local to the area, I have found Naillinis to be very affordable and clean with a friendly and inviting atmosphere. I had great experiences my first several times. I had an especially amazing experience with Julia, who did such a wonderful job on my nails before New Years and we chatted about both working in customer service. I loved getting to know her. The last two times I went to visit were a little different than my previous experiences. I did not get the name of the male technician, but he was very quiet. That’s okay, I know some people are, but in the few exchanges I had with him during my appointments, it felt almost like he thought I was dumb for some reason. My first appointment with him, he told me that for shorter acrylics, I needed to get dip instead of gel. I never had that problem before and had gotten gel every single time. It seemed very much like there was not an option, it was dip or I had to get long nails. For my job, I cannot have long nails, so I let him do the dip. He charged me $10 extra to clean my cuticules, which I gladly paid because they were in need of some TCL. The only time he was friendly towards me was at the end of my visit when he learned I was a Disney CM. His entire demeanor towards me changed. I figured maybe he was just having an off day. The next time I got my nails done, I was given the same technician. This time it took well over an hour and a half to do my acrylics and I couldn’t for the life of me figure out why when he only took 25 minutes the last time. The only exchange we had that day was a comment he made about my hand ever-so-slightly shaking. It’s an anxiety thing, but it was not bad enough that it would’ve been hard to do my nails. When he rang me up, I was in a hurry because at this point, it was pushing an hour and 40 minutes. I ran out, only to realize later that I had been charged an extra $10 once again, but hadn’t said anything about it. It was just tacked onto the bill. It seemed unusual to me, considering he didn’t clean my cuticles this time. In fact, he spent all of 5 minutes on my real nails… the rest of that long ordeal was him putting the acrylics on. The receipt didn’t explain it either. It just said it was a $10 extra service fee. I want to believe maybe it was human error that was the reason he didn’t tell me about the extra charge, but at the same time, it felt like there was a lack of transparency. I have been hesitant to go back there the past few weeks because I feel like maybe the technician thinks I’m stupid or annoying. I would definitely say something next time if I were charged extra without explanation, but the overall feeling about going has changed. They do a wonderful job on nails, but I don’t feel nearly as welcome as I used to which makes me...

There’s nothing I appreciate/respect more than good customer service and I’ve got to give credit where credit is due. The team at Naillinis went above and beyond to remedy a sour experience. Tom gave me quite possibly the best manicure I’ve ever gotten, and just 2 days before Christmas at that. Not only did he take the time to make my nails perfect, but also took the time to have a conversation about all feedback providing an opportunity to learn and improve in order to offer customers the best experience possible. He really floored me in the best way with that. I will happily continue to give my business to Naillinis and Tom!
PS - my dip redo lasted an astonishingly (Toms great work) yet embarrassing (for me and my amount of outgrown haha) amount of time! ORIGINAL: I had my nails done after work on a Tuesday. I was thrilled to get in quickly after a long day. He (won’t mention my techs name out of respect) got me in and out and my nails looked great! However, they started lifting in a matter of days. The gel top coat peeled off both thumbs and pointer fingers within 4 days. The same nails had cracked in the top corners within the same timeframe.
I’ve had my dip done at Nailinis multiple times and this is now the 2nd time (back to back) I’ve had issue. The first time I just shook off, but these are my hands not even 2 weeks post mani. I just find this unacceptable with the amount of money paid.
I’ve been getting dip manicures for years now and I have never had the topcoat lift nor have I ever had them last less than two weeks. And no, I haven’t done it used anything different with/on my hands.
I really enjoy the atmosphere at Nailinis, from the great selection of colors to the top of the line pedicure chairs and mimosas. It’s very clean and the staff have always been friendly. Reasonably priced especially considering proximity to Disney. I unfortunately think will be looking for a...
Read moreI am super impressed by this nail spa, received Minnie Mouse manicure and pedicure with Mickey mouse polka dot design. Perfect! Beautiful! Amazing! Relaxing!!! Designs on point!! Colors and all nail art!!! Dip, Gel, acrylic, ombre, design, gold foil, crystals, artistic nail technicians. I was vacationing in Orlando and looked up a close nail spa where I would be able to get a Disney mani and pedi, since I pulled 55 hours work that week and flight came in and was in desperate need for a Mani and pedicure. I always check reviews and I am very picky about nail salons as I like to ensure they are very clean, use fresh nail files and sanitize their tools. A reviewer wrote that this was a very clean salon. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of this salon, they used plastic liners on the pedi throne spa baths and all the tools were freshly sanitized and new files and buffers were used on my nails. I received the royal treatment with a relaxing pedicure with bath salts, Mandarin sugar scrub, paraffin, strong relaxing massage, hot towels, warm lotion massage. Ann is great she did my pedicure and it was wonderful. Most relaxing pedicure ever. If I wasn't on a budget I would have added aromatherapy and hot stones but I will add that in on my next visit. The owner did my design on my toes and fingernails and it couldn't be more perfect. The gel manicure and natural pedicure lasted my entire 2 week stay and is still flawless and I'm sure will last a couple weeks longer. The price was perfect and less than half the price at the resort I was staying at. If I lived in Orlando I would definitely stop going to my salon in San Diego and only go to Naillinis. Thank you Ann and Naillinis staff for making my vacation...
