I visited this salon yesterday with my mom and our polish is already chipped today. I received a gel polish change which was mediocre, there was polish cured onto my skin which she aggressively tried to file off and eventually gave up and left it on my skin. This was also an issue for my moms gel manicure and pedicure service. The pedicure was the worst part of the services we received, the foot tub was not sanitized to begin with. The massage that was apart of the service wasn’t really a massage he just rubbed the lotion in for 10 minutes. He was negative about the color polish that my mom chose as well as making a spectacle about the dead skin that he took off of her foot making comments and showing it around. After that it was time to polish so his face was very close to her feet and he was openly coughing on her feet and legs. Overall this was a very rude and unsanitary establishment and we will never come back again. I hope this comment can guide people who are looking to come here and I also hope that this comment will serve as some constructive criticism for this...
Read moreI am a first generation Vietnamese American who grew up with family/their friends owning/working in nail salons. I can say that this salon really disappointed me. I called ahead on a Monday morning to ask about services/pricing and then after I knew for sure I could make it, I called a little later to make an appointment while also asking about nail designs. When I first walked into the salon, it was extremely hot. Linda, the owner, asked me if I wanted dip, but I said I would like gel please. She then switched to Vietnamese, assuming I did not understand her, and essentially implied to her coworkers that I was annoyingly asking about prices and must be too frugal to do dip. After that, she said to "pick a color" off the shelf, which had no shade tabs at all. I was ignored for several minutes until Vivian finally approached me with no introduction. Vivian ended up doing a wonderful job and I wanted to come back, however I was again met by Linda's unprofessionalism on the phone when I called 2...
Read moreAffordable, Yes. But they have a lot of HEALTH VIOLATIONS! There’s too many diseases and sicknesses out there for them not to clean and sanitize after each and every client. Theres never any disinfectant around and I never see them disinfect. I asked my my cuticles to be cleaned and the lady just pulled out a cuticle cutter from her drawer and started clipping them right away. That was nasty bc I don’t know who she used them on before who might have a contagious disease or she don’t know if I have one either. When you try to say anything they take offense instead of correcting themselves. Herpes, AIDS, HIV, HPV and Hep still exists they should be sanitizing tools and desks after each client and changing the sanitation’s frequently. Also eating should be for break time not when you...
